    Not Child Friendly. Pot Smoking at front door, in rooms and elevator reeked of it. Mentioned it to staff and was told nothing they could do about it. at 7am someone opened door and was shocked to find us in the room. First night of two night stay - we did not spend the second night. at 9am television comes on, while we were sleeping with some personalized screen - while we were trying to sleep in. Also, asked for functioning tub - that did not happen - stopper did not work and was unscrewed to drain tub for shower - and body soap dispenser did not work either. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, towels nice but nothing could make up for the negatives we experienced. told the maid on way out we were leaving - and she seemed not to care.

    Flight got canceled and we rescheduled for 5:00am so we needed a hotel close to airport. Rooms clean, hotel was fine but had to give 5 stars for the service. Was able to take hotel shuttle from the airport- driver was wonderful. Ernest checked us in and was a joy ! He was sympathetic to our dilemma, got us checked in quickly, told us where we could get a drink and a bite to eat. Ran into him later in the night- great sense of humor and so accommodating. Had dinner in the bar area food was good but Anne was amazing. We were exhausted, disappointed and just wanted to be home but Earnest and Anne really made us feel at home!

    This is a weird hotel... Clean with very pleasant service, but you can tell the owner isn't putting much effort into upkeep. Dresser drawers that don't close properly, a patched bathroom ceiling done by an amateur, broken safety lock on the door, etc. That said, reasonably priced and convenient. I would stay again.

    The hotel is less than 2 miles from the airport. The hotel was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Tammy at the front desk was extremely nice. Alicia was attentive while serving breakfast. The Housekeeping supervisor Vanessa kindly granted my special request. If you are in Richmond near the airport please try this hotel!

    We did not know that this hotel cleans their rooms every other day. This caused a little problem with having toilet paper,towels,wash cloths and trash being taken out. There was also a problem with a room having ants, but maintenance got right on it. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have decent conference rooms. A nice lounge area. The pool wasn't half bad. The rooms I thought were very nice. There is a restaurant in the hotel. Outside of the hotel is plenty of places for you to eat or even shop. I hope this was helpful in some way.

    I’ve stayed at this four points at property multiple times. My last experience was absolutely horrible! Am 11 PM I had a desk clerk come bang on my door and wake me up because I was $30 due in payment which is usually taken care of at checkout time…I was woken up out of my sleep and couldn’t sleep after that their only excuse was “You messed up your name with us” not sure what that meant….. when I left the property an entire day later, they attempted to charge my debit card $280, I called to get the reasoning behind it before I unlocked my card for them to charge it and she said it was due to a “smoking fee” like I was completely shook that was there excuse…I have never smoked inside there hotel room! If they go back on their cameras, they can clearly see I went outside multiple times to smoke outside. they are very sneaky and rude. I will no longer stay at this property ever again. My last experience was horrible and not pleasing.…shame on that manager!

    I was excited to try a different hotel as I usually just frequent one that I really enjoy, but I wanted to try something new. It was a great hotel loved the rooms, staff were great. So why a three? Because I was not expecting to pay $15 per person for a breakfast that is complimentary at my usual place. No Bueno.

    11 out of 10! Incredible hospitality team and fabulous breakfast with Ms. Debbie and Ms. Laura! Shuttle support to/from RIC with Mr. Brian and Mr. Harvey. Ms. Tammy coordinates solutions for guests, e.g., check out before removing all personal items, like myself. Be gracious to the team for the best experiences.

    My son and I were in town for a family graduation! This location was selected due to the close proximity to the airport! The hotel was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, & the guest service specialists were all friendly & professional. The guests on Friday were a bit noisy. Saturday was peaceful and quiet. The light from the outdoor pool area was a major problem. Definitely could use longer, wider, or darker curtains. Late checkout was extended to me as I had a late flight. In addition, the shuttle to the airport was available as well. Overall great stay.

    The people working at the front desk and the location are the ONLY positive things I can say about this hotel. I felt welcome and cared about by the front desk. Any requests we made were answered to the best of their abilities. But... The room and hotel itself has issues. I do not see this hotel in business too much longer and I hope the other area hotels have room for the amazing staff at front desk if this one goes down the drain. Room was dirty. One bed had clear signs the sheets weren't changed. We asked for fresh sheets and put them on ASAP. Walls were dirty in bathroom. I tried to get pictures. The pool area had seen better days. Looked very run down. We didn't eat there as most items were way more than I wanted to spend and to be honest, I was worried to eat there. I included pictures of our room. Elevators were scary and stunk!

    The room seemed nice at first, but had a faint smell of deodorizer. When I went to take a shower I couldn’t get the water above mildly warm even after running it for 10 minutes. After a long day of work I really look forward to a hot shower, so this was disappointing. On a side note, it seemed like a hotel from the twilight zone. I never saw another guest during my stay. I used the gym and left to eat once and even though there were some cars in the lot the interior complex seemed deserted.

    I booked a room via a 3rd party which means I paid in full. Then I called in to advise the staff that I wouldn’t be arriving until the morning time due to the way my travel was set up. The agent said that was no problem, and as an ex Marriott employee, I knew it was fine as well. I arrive at the hotel just after 10:30, to be told that they released the room that I paid for IN ADVANCE and would have to wait an hour to check in. Save yourself the trouble…this property is trash and so is the staff.

    Filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The bed sheets were not changed, the mattress was old, didn't hold it's shape and had a plastic cover between the sheets and the mattress. The bathroom sink was absolutely disgusting and did not drain, the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. The on-premise restaurant was filthier than my room. The pool is old and dated, and the same goes for the gym.

    The Good , Bad & Ugly Good: Clean Spacious Rooms Convenient Airport Location Airport Shuttle/Driver Harvery and his Outstanding Attitude The Bodywash, Shampoo & Conditioner dispenser in the Shower Bad: Personnel/Staff Started at check in...the person who checked me in wasn't Professional, Welcoming or Happy !!! No Nice to see you welcome to the Hotel....Just give me your card and fill out this form! Bartender: Walter.....wasnt very attentive to my needs....At first I was the first person sitting there...ordered my drink then he tossed an Menu and asked if I woud like to order anything I said maybe later.. After that interaction he spend the remainder of his time fooling around on his phone not asking how my day was, where I was traveling to you know... basic 101 Bartender talk ...I ordered another drink and a second patron arrived ordered a drink and order 6 wings & fries......approx an 1/2 HOUR later the food arrived.....now mind you there were zero people dining in the restaraunt surely didnt take that long to russle up some wings and fries.....I asked the patron how they were ...he simply stated he had better !! Had another drink cashed out....no thanks , see you later or have a good evening! UGLY; Shortly after checking in and arriving in my room I searched for a Hotel Welcome book .....with pertinent info , Phone numbers, Restaruants ect.. in the area....you know.....so I walked back down to the front desk and asked the young man about the book.....he seemed to be dumbfounded and had no knowledge of such a thing....he mentioned they were a strip mall across the street that had some restaraunts ...I found it quite funny ...I have traveled around the world and even the less than desirable rooms always had something of close to what I was looking for...Again his reaction of it was priceless. UGLY: Whoever is in charge of your website needs to brush there skills up and keep the site updated !!! This hotel has NO Gift Shop This hotel has no Dry Cleaning This hotel has NO ROOM SERVICE This hotel does not put trash can liners in the trash boxes in the rooms

    My second stay here and the service was great. So thankful this location is pet friendly with very little restrictions on breed and size (I have a 90 lb chocolate lab that had bring with me unexpectedly). We both comfortable in the room and he had plenty of space to walk around outside.

    My first stay at this hotel with my family and I would definitely return. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean! They treated us like family and Ms Alisha went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. I would like to personally thank her and everyone else who showed acts of kindness.

    Made a reservation for Friday and informed I was coming early Saturday morning. I was delayed a few hours and didn’t show up until mid afternoon Saturday to be told my reservation was canceled because of a “no show”. I was also told Saturday morning at 2am and Saturday 3pm we’re considered two different days. I was informed someone would look into finding me a reservation at another location which didn’t happen. Customer service was horrendous, the lady in the front with dreads and glasses needs training expeditiously. Poor first impression, wouldn’t recommend…not even to an adversary. Get it together. In conclusion stop booking people online if you can’t accommodate them.

    Room was decent but dated. Ink scribbles on head board and paint chipped on the corners. Room was physically clean. Earnest at front desk was very helpful. After checking out called hotel about item I believe I left. They claimed it was not left yet I know it was. House keeping staff is dishonest.

    No carts for several pieces of luggage. Clerk refused to offer up what floor we might find a cart. Rooms need refurbishing. Carpet spots, multiple scuffs on walls. Not appeasing whatsoever. **I was in the Hospitality Industry for many years.** I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL**

    Super friendly staff both times I stayed. Room are a bit beat up tho and walls paper thin. Beds are comfy. I hear the neighbor’s alarm before I heard my own. Rowdy neighbors but the AC fan drowned them out mostly. Gréât location to airport, gas and brand new Publix grocery. So I’ll be back.

    I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and I have always had great service when I come there. The rooms are very clean, the facility is beautiful and the staff is amazing!! One staff member in particular Alicia was the absolute best!!!! She is always so friendly, helpful and so accommodating. She is one of the reasons why I continue to come back to this location! I highly recommend staying at this location!

    I Loved It!!! I had my daughters first birthday party in one of their huge ballrooms that the kind staff had cleaned very well and had the tables and chairs already setup for me…. We really enjoyed ourselves and I recommend them for any event❤️

    Dog friendly is a big plus and plenty of space outside to walk them. Our room was clean had all reasonable standard amenities. I would say overall the hotel is ok. Staff was friendly. Hotel amenities are not high end but they do have an indoor pool. The gym is small but better than no gym. Not much of a hotel bar but they are close to dozens of places to eat and drink. IT SERVES THE PURPOSE!

    This place was decent. The area was nice with a lot of commerce. The room was decent but the secondary locking systems in place were not working in my suite. I let the guy at the counter know and it seemed like he could care less. It’s not always a guests job to inform the business of this. It should be checked during turnaround with a name associated with Sheraton.

    My party & I very pleasantly surprised at the friendly kind caring professional experience of all the Team at this location- the Team Hostess Checkin Persons,Breakfast Hostess, Porter & Housekeeping Team members made us feel valued as customers.I wanted 2 rooms close to each other & close to the elevator- not only my requests granted but we had rooms on the first floor - very close to each other and the exit door.I was just so impressed at the courtesy and patience of this Team. Our rooms clean neat -bed so comfortable- we had a very good nights sleep.The Porter took us on the shuttle bus to our desired destination and brought us back to the hotel when we were finished dining- we did not know this service was available until the Team member informed us.The breakfast hostess was as friendly and efficient- helping me to get my food to the table without asking. The breakfast buffet consisted of bacon sausage eggs toast cereal fruit juice coffee - the dining area was clean and inviting.We felt secure & safe at this location.Many other shopping experiences close by - a very convenient location to the airport - I would definitely stay here again when in the area -very happy - well deserved 5 star rating

    I flew in town to see family and friends for the weekend. The check in process was quick and easy. I had a king suite which was very clean and cozy. The hard wood floors threw me off a little so be sure to bring slippers or thick socks. The staff was pretty nice. There are plenty of restaurants, stores, and a shopping center in the area. I gave it 4 stars because the hotel is a little out dated but still nice.

    I've stayed at this hotel over a dozen times and the front desk staff at this location is fantastic. They are very friendly and anytime I have any sort of an issue they address it professionally and promptly. The rooms are clean and even the bar staff is very friendly. For the money I think this hotel is a great value. 😊

    I stayed at this hotel last month for a Women’s Conference and the experience was not top tier! There was a roach in the lobby by the elevator and one in the room crawling up the wall, and to top it all off we had a conjoined room😑while our 1st night there we had to listen to the folks next door having sex EXTREMELY LOUD!!!! The staff at the front desk could care less when they were told about our concerns…so to say the least, we will NOT stay here EVER AGAIN!!!! The price you pay to stay here, the service should be 10x better than what we received😒

    We stayed at this hotel for a Women’s Conference this weekend and it was not a good experience! We had a conjoined room and they were over there having sex loudly! Then the next day we were leaving the conference night service walking towards the elevator and look a there a roach crawling towards the elevator! Friday night we come back to our room and there is a roach crawling up the wall! Well now we are in roach hotel at this point!!!! I stop at front desk to share my issues and the lady just said oh I will let them know and said that’s it WOW! I will not stay here ever again! Marriott needs to do better because they have lost some good business!!!!
