The woman cashier at the grill has a serious attitude problem. Extremely rude to me every time I go and pickup food. She’s sometimes nice only when we go to their buffet (probably for a tip), otherwise she’s always rude. I have been a regular customer, but Namaste just lost my business. Never buying food from you again.

Had ordered take out, Butter chicken (Chicken makhani) and Paneer tikka masala. They tasted absolutely the same. Seemed they were made in the same curry (sauce). I was a bit disappointed due to it. But the curry was nice. Service was quick. Overall nice, 3.5

This place is further proof that Rochester just doesn't know what it has right under its nose. My wife and I moved here from Philly about 4 years ago and have been searching for a truly delicious Indian food restaurant the whole time. Every place we tried was mediocre at best until Namaste. Their weekend, 3-item deal is delicious and an absolute steal at 10.99 for veg or 11.99 for meat. That also includes the best naan I've ever tasted, raita, and a little dessert as well. The grocery store is also the largest, most organized, and inviting Indian grocery I've ever seen. Namaste is the very definition of a hidden gem. Our search is finally over!

Really good food. The chat is especially amazing, south Indian food is good too. The chole was mediocre. I was visiting the area so when I reached there I was a little confused since the restaurant / food court type of area is at the back of the store.

Tried their papri chat it was really good. Samosas are good and tried their lunch style food with too entrées, it was ok. We tried Halwa poori on the weekend. It was not good. The channay tatses good but the poori was too fat and small, it didn't feel like a poori and halwa always seemed watery and tastes bad. Staff is friendly.

Ordered spicy lamb curry and asked “extra spicy, I want to punish my guts” hells bells did they deliver this is the BEST. The food is fantastic and I don’t think any other Indian restaurant has more garlic on their naan! 10/10 would order always

This place is a gem!! The only spot I’ve been able to find good dosa in Rochester so far. We came for the grocery but will be coming back (with friends) for more of this. Pictured is the mysore masala dosa and the pani puri (which was great too). Looking forward to checking out the chat specialties and uttapam next time.

Dosa, at Namaste are good, super young girls serving, cafe area is clean, ethnic groups can eat with minimal fuss. Cafe area is great to sit and eat But Bathroom, was pathetic dirty, they cannot keep up bathroom cleanliness, for women, it is just two bathrooms, one was full of feces, Awful, they need to learn, this is, certain cleaniness is required. Awful.
