Had a very bad experience. Unfriendly staff and interns are let loose on people without any knowledge. Both arms stabbed. I recommend the Heama, trained staff. Very, very friendly and you feel comfortable.

War mit meiner Frau hier! Termin wurde eingehalten, keine Wartezeiten, sehr gute medizinische Behandlung. Sehr freundliches medizinisches Personal,meine Frau fühlte sich sehr gut betreut 👍👍👍

Alles prima. Ich fahre regelmäßig zum Blutspenden hin. Seit heute auch als Thrombozytenspender. Betreuung ist klasse und kompetent.

I had an appointment today and couldn't find my way with my son. I didn't get any help, nor did I get any help over the phone. After an hour I went back home. We hope that they will contact us to arrange a new appointment and that we will only travel by crane transport with a disabled person. Because the way the paths were cleared I can't transport him. The snow was very hampering and that doesn't work. Is not recommended. And parking is bad too. I have a bad impression of it.

I was here as a first-time donor at the UKSH. I was greeted warmly and explained. The donation was made as pleasant as possible for me. Afterwards we were well fed. I will come back. 😁✌️
