I was there with my dog, Mr. Voigt was the doctor who treated him. A general examination and an orthopedic examination were carried out with my presence. I was supposed to wait outside and Mr. Voigt wanted to go into the building alone with the dog. The gentleman pulled on the leash twice as hard (my dog ​​didn't want to go) so he got out of the collar and backed away from the gentleman. No attention was paid to the dog; instead, a leash was put on that tightens around the dog's neck if the dog doesn't go along. My dog ​​didn't want that either and the pull was so strong that the dog started coughing and wheezing... I stopped the attempt and asked if I could go with him. I accompanied my dog ​​into the building and Mr. Voigt went into the treatment room with him alone. As with the other treatments, I wasn't told why I wasn't allowed to be there. I was then informed that another colleague had examined my dog ​​and that a muzzle had to be put on. This is an outrageous impudence. My dog ​​came out of this treatment completely distraught and I had a very frightened dog at home for 2 hours. When the appointment for the x-ray was made, a time of 3:00 p.m. was agreed upon. Since the dog has to be sedated, he of course has to come on an empty stomach, so I think 3 p.m. is really questionable... Overall, I didn't feel comfortable with my dog ​​in the veterinary clinic. We canceled the appointment and will no longer visit this clinic.

Although the clinic did not plan for me to stay with my dog ​​while the anesthesia was administered, my request was honored so that I could stay with her until she was asleep. After further diagnostics, the results were discussed in great detail as well as a precise explanation for me as a layperson. All colleagues really took a lot of time for this. As a patient owner, I felt picked up and taken seriously at every point. Even when I reported that my dog ​​was receiving not-so-common nutritional supplements for her problems, the treating veterinarian dealt with this issue seriously and gave me well-founded feedback. That really excited me! Thank you very much for that! After I couldn't find the right physiotherapists at home, my doctor agreed to create a physiotherapy plan for me so that I could then go to my physiotherapists. I have never experienced anything like this before and I am very grateful for the help and this commitment! I also think the price for all of these services is absolutely reasonable. Now a few weeks after the operation, clear success can be seen. My dog ​​seems to be walking pain-free again. Of course the whole thing was very expensive but my dog ​​is doing so much better! My surgical insurance was also billed directly and easily, so I didn't have to worry about the paperwork. Very good service from the practice team.

Mein Hund konnte zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr laufen und hatte seit Tagen nichts mehr gefressen. Meiner Meinung hat die Klinik nicht nach dem Wohl des Tieres gehandelt, sondern nach dem Geldeingang. Ein paar Tage später musste ich meinen Hund einschläfern lassen, weil sie NICHT MEHR KONNTE. Nie wieder diese Klinik!

I also received daily calls to give me an update on my cat's condition. Yes, the price is tough. But I think you pay the same at every other clinic. They offer a great all-round concept and nothing was talked into my head or the emergency situation was taken advantage of. Would go there again and again with our cat.

Our little Szuza survived her operation with the removal of intestinal polyps, as well as the removal of tartar and 3 teeth. We were well prepared and cared for before and after the operation. Das für den Normalfall ein Termin vereinbart werden sollte steht leider nicht in der Info-Beschreibung (habe die Adr. aus GoogleMaps). Aber mit ein bisschen Wartezeit war es möglich und wird fürs nächste mal beachtet . . 😉

Sogar ein Stern ist zu viel!!!!!!! Hätten wir den Tierarzt nicht gewechselt um uns ein Zweitmeinung ein zu holen wäre unser Hund jetzt nicht mehr am Leben!! Falsche Diagnose und falsche Behandlung, falsche Medikamente!!!!! Einfach Finger Weg von diesem Tierarzt!

We were involved the whole time for the welfare of the animal. Everyone was understanding and kind to me because I cried the whole time because it wasn't out of the question that we would have to send our darling over the Rainbow Bridge. The practice was happy with us that it didn't have to be done. The next day we asked how our little bear was doing and an appointment was made for the following day.
