Very disorganized. Unfortunately only young adults with little experience at reception. Despite an appointment and despite the fact that I come regularly, I have to wait for over an hour while people who arrived long after me get their turn. That gives me a big thumbs down and I change practice immediately. I also only heard bad things about the practice from hearing/saying. Not good treatment! Postscript: Be careful, if you criticize you will be immediately thrown out of the practice. Either don't become a patient at all or, best of all, switch as soon as possible! My appointments were immediately canceled after this review, even though my criticism was justified. But hey, I wanted to leave anyway ;)

Well. What can I say? If you would like to go to the emergency consultation, you must be there BEFORE the practice opens. You stand in the back like you would if you were viewing an apartment and wait until you can get in. We were there about 20 minutes before the practice opened and there were 6 patients in front of us. I was there at 7:40 a.m. and out again at 8:40 a.m. The examination by the dermatologist took 7 minutes!! The doctor didn't have time for big explanations, clarifications or answering questions. The doctor's assistant who escorted us from the waiting room to the doctor's office was the only nice person! The rest did their job, without much fuss. Without talking much. There can be no question of nice and friendly here. Not unfriendly either. Rather indifferent! And that is very, very sad. What would a doctor’s office be without patients? The women behind the counter just seemed indifferent. You could smile and say a kind word, but unfortunately all that came back was indifference. I pay taxes and very high health insurance contributions. Maybe if I had paid in cash I could have put a smile on the ladies' faces? One does not know. I can't speak about the medical quality. 7 minutes is not enough.

yeeeeh, if i have to wait 1 hour, 1 hour, for a simple prescription which just needs to be signed by the skin doctor, why am i even going here? thats how long it takes for a simple prescription 🤣 i kid you not.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Wir waren mit unseren Sohn vor Ort, weil die Dame am Telefon morgens gesagt hatte, dass wir am Nachmittag mit Wartezeit kommen sollten. Nachdem die 5 Patienten vor uns dran waren, schickte man uns weg, weil die Praxis voll sei. Wir haben der Dame mitgeteilt, dass unser Kinderarzt den Rat gegeben hatte, einen Hautarzt zu suchen. Sie hatte uns Aufgrund ihrer sprachliche Barriere nicht verstanden und wiederholte ständig, dass wir weg gehen sollten. Von HIPPOKRATISCHEM EID war nichts zu sehen!!!

I would never go here again. I was demonstrably treated incorrectly and my symptoms subsequently worsened. Despite an appointment, I waited for over an hour and was then persuaded to use a self-pay line that was wrong for me and was carried out poorly, leaving scars. Furthermore, there is hardly a receptionist there who speaks German fluently.

Ich kann die negativen Rezensionen nicht verstehen! Bin in 15 Minuten dran gekommen, obwohl ich mir kurzfristig mit Doctolib einen Termin gemacht hatte. Der Arzt (Herr Dr. Emamgomeh) war super nett, und hat mir im Gegensatz zu einem anderen Hautarzt alles erklärt, Fragen gestellt und sich Zeit genommen. Definitiv zu empfehlen die Praxis.

I had an appointment with Mr. Emamgomeh and everything was wonderful. I booked the appointment online via doctorlib without any problems. The waiting time was only twenty minutes and the treatment was relaxed and friendly. Receive the recipe quickly without waiting. I am very pleased

In die Praxis gehe ich definitiv nicht mehr. Die Damen am Empfang sind zwar super freundlich, telefonisch aber nicht zu erreichen. Per Mail geht es tatsächlich besser. Dr. Müller scheint keine Lust auf seinen Job zu haben und schickte mich gerade unverrichteter Dinge weg. Den Allergietest mache ich dann wohl lieber woanders.

I absolutely cannot understand why this practice is portrayed so poorly. In my opinion, many people/patients do not know how to correctly assess the current situation. Of course, even if you have an appointment, you still have to plan for an hour. If this were not done, appointments would probably only be available in the distant future. Unfortunately I also had to wait longer! However, I knew that patients with more acute symptoms would of course have priority. Of course I plan more time for this! I can only take my hat off to every single person in this practice! Everyone is friendly and always helpful. I was treated very well and informed professionally about my diagnosis. Now I just have to wait and hope that my skin gets better quickly. Maybe you should be grateful that there are people who care about your health! Even if it doesn't always go as planned!

Ich freue mich, dass ich trotz der eher schlechten Durchschnittsbewertung diese Praxis ausgewählt habe. Ich kam beim ersten Termin schnell dran und mir wurde ein Termin für eine Mini-OP gegeben. Die Mini OP heute begann sogar 10 min früher als geplant und ich war 15 Min nach meinem Termin wieder im Auto. Danke dafür und weiter so!

Pretty incompetent when giving solutions to patients. When i asked for my lab results they didnt give me an answer and told me i had to pay privat treatment for the issue i had. I would not recomend people to go there.

Nice doctor, and a lady who accompanies you from the waiting room to the consultation room. Otherwise, the employees are absolutely underground, especially the youngest/trainees, who should urgently consider whether they are right for a job in which they work with people. I have never experienced anything so unfriendly and cheeky anywhere! The doctors should urgently send their employees to training courses or something else before there is more bad criticism. We will definitely look for a new practice

I was there today and wanted to have a treatment because all of the skin on my elbow and leg had come off due to my psoriasis and the skin was completely burned so that I could hardly move my elbows. Was rejected, the lady at reception didn't even ask the doctor whether this was an emergency. Sier then told me to make an appointment or come to the open consultation hour. I said that this wasn't possible because my child is currently sick and I only have time in the afternoon. That's why I wanted to have an appointment that she would have given me in January. Sry but I'm in pain now and not in January, super unfriendly reception.

I can only recommend it. The ladies at the front are very friendly and my daughter was treated without an appointment. You have to accept the waiting time. Other dermatologists only give appointments in 6-12 months. Therefore 5 stars!
