Warning for other people who may consider to buy something from Maisons de Monde. It is my the worst of worst experience in terms of customer service. Relatively cheap price might clouds you. But please be aware. in case of delivery delay, defect of product, return/or cancellation, anything will not be easy and you will never get feedback from the customer service but auto generated email.

I have returned my item two weeks ago a have not yet received a refund!

Really bad experience, should have believed the comments instead of thinking i would have better luck. Ordered a Kommode, it arrived on time but it arrived broken. The customer service doesnt give any solution and they always answer they will call me back on the day to find a solution and after 10 days still no call back or solution achieved. It doesnt matter how many times I call, the outcome is always the same, at this point i already have assumed i have lost my money.

Love this store for interior choices. It could be a bit better sorted, sometimes it is hard to find stuff here. I have purchased really nice quality curtains, cushions and blankets here.

We ordered a display case here for a lot of money and unfortunately the mounting accessories were forgotten. When we asked, we were told that the assembly accessories could not be sent. With such an expensive item, this is of course extremely annoying. I was only offered a return of the entire wardrobe or a €20 voucher. Since I have to take extra vacation time for the shipping company, a return is not possible and a €20 voucher doesn't help me much with the product range. The product is great, unfortunately the service is not

We had a very good shopping experience at this store few days ago. Special mention to Christian who was very friendly and professional and was able to serve us in french :)

Bought some items online and the delivery man was rude. He made me come downstairs twice and said “I don’t have time for your shit”. Please consider using a different service

The store was with a lot of empty shelves and was kind of messy! It was very disappointing.
