My family with valid covid certificates was not allowed to stay due to "local covid rules" and the hotel didn't return my money. I cannot recommend to book rooms here, at least now

Nice Familie oriented Hotel with one of the best breakfast service I ever expierenced. Also the reception with Ms. Ohm is outstanding. You arrive as Guest and you leave as Friend. Restaurant is awesome if you like fish highly recomended

Duration of stay from 17.1.2023 to 9.3.2023. Unrivaled service and staff overall. Absolutely nice and helpful young people. The breakfasts were excellent and there was a lot to choose from. The hotel is located in an industrial zone, but it is about 2 km to the city park. The rooms are clean, the beds very comfortable, the bathroom perfectly fine. I recommend to choose accommodation in the right part of the hotel. The left part of the hotel is by the restaurant, there is no peace in the room.

Pretty mediocre rooms for the price. Staff is unfriendly, but not unprofessional. Rooms are substandard for the price. Parking is "available", but expect to have to street park, as both the parking lot and the garage are tiny. Only book if desperate when passing through the area.

It is my second stay for business at the hotel and both times rooms was modern, tidy and cleaned every second day. I enjoyed restaurant evening dinner, servants vas very friendly and helpful, especially I think name was Hermasmann, he has lifted everyone spirit by being polite, funny and energetic food in a hotel was good. Enjoying my stay.

Extraordinarily friendly staff. At reception as well as at the restaurant. I was a late check in and dinner guest still everyone very welcoming and relaxed. The food was good and so was the bed

The staff is very friendly and on point. The trainees do an excellent job. The rooms are spotless and the meals at the restaurant were not only convenient but delicious. The garage was one of the more ample ones I have seen in German towns, which made it less stressful (no scratches on my rental!) for me an American visiting for a short time.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Great restaurant and chief. BUT their internet policy makes it a 1 star hotel. They have a 30 minute limit per day and a 300MB limit per day. This is a joke!!! You can not do business or even watch Netflix with this kind of archaic controls. No Best Western in the USA limits their Internet usage. Our company will no longer us this hotel unless they change their policy.

Nice staff, very friendly. Old building, and the interior is a bit ran down by now. Rooms are clean but oldschool. My room smellt like smoke and that is a no go for a non smoker. Rather stay somewhere else...

The worst hotel I have ever lived. Worst personal, you could not imagine how bad this German person women. I booked standard room, but I lived a room like hostel.

Nice rooms and good breakfast. Only downside is that the room downstairs was close to a building that had a truck stopping close to the window and leave the engineering running and radio on at 6 am that wakes you up.

Very clean, calm during night, prompt check in/out, comfortable beds, kettle in the room is very appreciated!
