Miss Dr. Wywiol is really great, but the accessibility of the practice to make an appointment by phone is really bad and just nerve-wracking. And even after 11 months later, the phone availability sucks and there seems to be zero interest in doing anything. Am nächsten Tag hat sie sogar noch einmal bei mir angerufen, um zu hören, wie es mir geht. Man spürt wirklich, dass man für Dr. Wywiol nicht irgendeine Patientenakte ist, genauso wünscht man es sich vom Arzt des Vertrauens.
