An insult to customers. Was sent to 3 different offices then asked to phone to claim my money back by 3 different incompetents. In one day i got a train cancelled, a one hour delay on the second train, no money back and insults for not speaking German. Do yourselves a favor and avoid the train...

I recently used the luggage room at the Hannover railway station and was thoroughly impressed with the service provided. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the process of storing my luggage quick and easy. The luggage room itself was spacious and clean, and I felt confident that my belongings were secure and well-protected. The rates were also very reasonable, making it an affordable option for travelers who need to store their luggage for a few hours or a few days. Very friendly and quick service. Usually there are lots of people waiting so be prepared to wait 20 minutes. They have many seats available though so you should be able to get a spot. No bikes are allowed inside but they let you put it outside and there is an employee at the welcome desk near the entrance who will try to keep an eye out for your bikes. For general inquiries you should go to the Information Desk in the main part of the train station and not here, since the wait there is usually shorter.

Unpolite and really arrogant to someone who speaks only English . The lady there was not willing to help me though she understands and speaks English perfectly . To me this is pure fascism.

Understaffed, there were around 100 passengers waiting and just 3 out of 11 agents available. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes to speak to someone. Also, they are overwhelmed if you address them in English or ask complex questions.

Staff was great and very helpful, but as A/C was down it was extremly warm. Also not the most modern corner of the station. But I got what I wanted :D
