Terrible service This is a business scam, read the following and you will figure out why. On the website it’s says: 1) The parking are is covered by video surveillance, it’s NOT true. Only the entrance. 2) 24/7 availability, Not true. I was lucky I showed up early. It was closed when I showed up at 0630. I called the number, they said they will be there at 0700. They showed up at 0735. 3) I waited almost an hour with two kids when I got back at the airport. 4) the website has English language option, but try to call them and then good luck. I called a few times and they were saying no English and hanged the phone up very rudely. 5) and last but not least I emailed them in advance, sent my flight info and requested car seat for my kids. Not only they did not have car seats, but they even almost did not pick us up as they were not expecting us. 6) I’ll never ever use this service again as the driver was driving very dangerously. I left this feedback as I just received an email requesting for positive feedback.

We waited almost an hour for travel-parking.de to pick us up at the airport. We called right when we received our luggage and was told we would be picked up within 20-30 minutes. When I addressed the issue with the driver, he stated that he had to drop someone off with a wheelchair. This is understandable; however, a courtesy phone call would have been the right thing to do instead of having your customers wait almost an hour outside of the airport.

Horrible service! Unsecured parking! First of all, I want to say that I parked my car in 5 different parking lots of the Frankfurt airport (all in one price budget) but I did not see such a terrible service. 1. My car was damaged and a manager told me only one thing "it's not my fault". 2. There are much more cars than should be, therefore a lot of reviews about damage - read and think twice, to park car here or not. 3. The parking not covered by video surveillance. Only the entrance. if something happens - "it's not my fault". 3. Waiting time for bus - 40 min. (both directions). 4. The staff does not speak English. Never-never again!!!

Hello, 1st experience in Feb 2022: nice open air parking, little bit difficult to find via Google map due to road repair near parking place, airport dropped toke around 20 to 30 minutes for departures and on arrival 30min waiting then 30min to back at parking place. Over all was ok as it can be better. 2nd experience: Booking in déc 2022, will share the update.

I used this service twice. Great website that is easy to navigate and make a reservation. Upon arrival, they'll direct you where to park. On both occasions, we left for the airport within 15 minutes after parking the car. However, the pick-up service from the airport is completely unsatisfactory. On the first occasion, I waited almost thirty minutes to be picked up. Also, after calling to confirm your arrival, they want travelers to be outside waiting for the van. In the winter, it's really cold. On the second occasion, after calling them several times and waiting almost an hour, I took a cab back to the parking area. If commuting from the Kaiserslautern area, use Alex. It's more expensive but worth the cost.

It was so practical. A very nice lady drive us to the airport and pick up us. She was so punctual.

Great service, fast, simple and cheap. The man in charge was very friendly and helpful. Worth the money.

We have used many times over the years. We have never had a problem with our car. They are always on time for taking to the airport and when we are picked up. Their prices are great and we will use them in the future.

I use their services nearly every time I travel. ..... If I'm lucky that they are not sold-out. Often, due to their low prices and friendly service, they do sell out, so book in advance of your travel by at least three weeks to a month. Unfortunately for them and for us the COVID has really put a dent in our travel-plans. As soon as we can, I will resume going to Travel Parking.de as often as I can manage!.............and you should too.

I booked the valet parking and was very happy with their responsiveness to emails and phonecalls. The driver was at the airport on time both on arrival and departure. He made it very simple to meet me and hand over the car. My car was brought back without any problems or scratches and based on the kilometers I could see that it was only driven to and from the parking lot. I would definitely use them again.

Great service. Key is letting the team properly know what time you are arriving. If traveling during peak times with traffic, it will obviously take longer. It’s inexpensive for a reason. The team strives to make you happy, but must balance several things.
