I've
been
going
to
Meatheaven
(formerly
known
as
Burggraf)
regularly
with
family
and
friends
for
years.
We
love
the
Smoker
Buffet
Deluxe,
but
we
also
discovered
the
fine
dining
events
last
year.
While
the
buffets
are
an
"all
you
can
eat"
event
in
the
upscale
segment,
in
fine
dining
the
menu
is
brought
to
the
table
and
served
in
the
elegant
tasting
room.
Only
first-class
products
are
used
at
all
events,
as
the
boss
attaches
great
importance
to
high-quality
goods.
David
Pietralla
will
also
explain
their
origin
and
processing
on
the
evening
of
the
event.
Last
year
we
went
to
"BBQ
Prime
Night",
today
we
visited
"Let's
go
Fishing"
and
will
definitely
come
back.
All
8
courses
tasted
great!
My
personal
highlights
were
the
Atlantic
turbot
roasted
over
beech
charcoal
with
nut
butter
mashed
potatoes
and
wild
herb
salad,
as
well
as
the
black
cod
made
from
laurel
smoke
with
North
Sea
crabs
and
spinach.
But
the
crust
with
Ora
King
salmon
and
the
dessert
(which
played
very
skilfully
with
different
textures)
were
also
great!
The
menu
could
also
be
ordered
for
pescatarians
upon
request;
the
Hereford
tartare
was
replaced
by
beetroot
tartare
and
was
a
poem.
Although
I'm
not
a
fan
of
beetroot,
I
also
found
this
dish
extremely
good.
The
Wagyu
course
was
replaced
with
my
all-time
favorite
-
King
Ora
salmon
from
the
plank
-
which
was
as
good
as
I've
come
to
expect.
What
I
think
is
really
great
is
that
at
all
events
the
side
dishes
are
not
just
decorative
accessories,
but
are
really
thoughtfully
prepared.
I
have
remained
loyal
to
Meatheaven
as
a
guest,
even
though
I
no
longer
eat
meat,
and
I
always
look
forward
to
the
side
dishes
at
the
Smoker
Deluxe
Buffet
just
as
much
as
I
look
forward
to
the
salmon.
Thanks
to
my
meat-eating
companions,
I
know
that
the
meat
is
just
as
good
as
it
was
at
my
first
smoker
buffet
when
I
ate
it
myself.
For
them,
of
course,
the
meat
is
the
absolute
highlight
and
everyone
I've
been
there
with
has
raved
about
it
and
loved
it.
You
can
simply
taste
that
David
Pietralla
has
turned
his
passion
into
his
profession
and
has
a
great
team
at
his
side.
The
service
is
also
very
attentive
and
courteous.
I
can
only
recommend
that
you
pay
a
visit
to
Meatheaven!
