Burgers , fries , coke , sodes and dessert - Seems similarr to many menus around but nothing will taste the same..Burgers are great and tasty ..Passion fruit drink is the besttt option they provide and onion rings are my fav ♥️

Just unappetizing. Chicken salad looks awful, pepper jack burger is not spicy, and burger meat tastes bad. Fries are good and the drinks were fine.

I wish I could have given zero if I had the option. It’s terrible service! Ordered a double cheese n Jalapeños beef burger but got delivered only with one beef slice. I returned and asked for help, but the lady shop staff first declined there were any problems with the burger until her colleague pointed it out. She flipped the burger with her dirty fingers during the process she was talking with me. Afterwards she returned to the kitchen added one more slice of beef in the burger, and returned it to me. I refused to accept it as I believe it’s common sense to make a new one considering the case. She was reluctant to make a new one, but they finally agreed to do it. I went to the toilet and came back when it was ready. The shop lady was very unfriendly questioning me why I couldn’t take the quick fixed one…I got angry and we ended up in a debate, until she ran away and her colleagues came to calm me down. Last time I am taking this brand ever, sorry!

The man who waited on us at the register was the best part of the experience. That employee deserves 5 stars, the rest of this visit was awful. The only thing I could recommend this for is weight loss. I lost +2kg from being sick from the overpriced stuff they said was food. The "food" was overpriced. Way, way, overpriced for the amount we got. The restaurant, trash cans, bathrooms, tables were filthy. The food made me very, very ill. I'm not kidding about getting sick, like really, really sick. I wasn't able to eat again for almost 48 hours, I was explosive from both ends. Bleeding it was so bad. I'm extremely grateful, now, that my burger was sized for a toddler and not an adult. Neither of us got full yet we paid 170+ dkk. We both felt slightly ill after eating, but after returning home, I woke up extremely sick. I'll never, ever go to any Max burger again. It was horrible. What was worse, is it was only mediocre while eating it in the first place. There was no indication it was bad or rotten, no allergy warnings of possible cross contamination. It wasn't horrible to eat, but it wasn't good either. Like I said, no indication it was spoiled. I suspect there may have been soy instead of beef in the kid's burger I got. Whatever that was, it wasn't meat. Save yourself days of pain and your wallet from insult, go anyplace else.

Wanted to give Max burgers a chance and tried their new campaign burger. The saddest excuse for a burger. Two gray steamed patties with a literal scoop of condiments in the middle, not evenly distributed. Just a clump of pickled chillies in the middle. I regret not having taken any photos of this sloppy burger.

I have order small coffee for 23 kr. and I get half cup of coffee and when I ask to the personal she said its normal.I never come here again mc donalds is the best

Really good burgers. But service can be more improved. Can be more cleaner. It is always slow due to high number of costumers.

So many veg options, self-service ordering machines with a tab devoted entirely to 'green' choices, trash is separated and on the receipt they advertise that they compensate for their carbon emissions by planting trees in Africa.

Such a dirty restaurant. Screen do not alwyss work. Tables are not waited and cleaned. No paper tissue on second floor. Such a bad place

I remember telling people about how Max was quite good. I don't know if it's Denmark or what but it sucks these days. Zero attention is paid to the consistency of the delivered product you get. The restaurants are often dirty and it seriously just doesn't meet the standards I was used in years ago in Sweden. It's going to go the way of Domino's in Denmark if this keeps up and I'll definitely not be taking my chances here agaim.

Junk food is what it is, but that being the context, this was still very disappointing. Flavorles. Only salt, fat and jalapenos gave it taste. I remember eating at MAX in Sweden years ago as a Swedish McDonald's, but this wasn't it... Kudos to the woman at the desk on this Monday Oct 2. though. You could easily apply at a real restaurant. You were kind and engaging.

Great food, amazing customer service. And when u ask them to do something they actually do it, and I really appreciate that.

Max burgers was new to me, since leaving Denmark in 2010 this chain has come across Denmark and I really enjoyed the burger, the food was nice and tasty. It's very much like McDonald's and Burger King but it was nice and refreshing to have some different flavours in the burger.

Excellent juicy American burgers. A little bit on the pricey side comparatively but super yummy regardless. Their sweet potato fries are a must try. They gave my husband cheese in his burger when he asked for no cheese hence the 4 star rating.

Waited a long time. Beef not done, didn't eat all the food because it tasted bad. Fries good. Expensive. 1.3 stars.

Nothing max about the kids menu, the burger was very small tasteless and cooked. The fries are good. I also think the service is a little slow, and the restaurant needs a good cleaning.

Feels a lot more natural than Mc.D/BK Has always had very good vegetarian options

Excellent, fast drive-through. Didn't miss a single thing in a rather complex order - and even gave extra melted cheddar cheese!
