Having world fish do maintenance on my salt water aquarium for the last year do to my wife being a nurse and have been traveling due to the virus covid-19. He was supposed to be bringing water that had salt in it from the shop. He doesn't bring enough water to do the 10% water change from my security cameras that looks like he's only doing about 5%. Charging me for the whole 10% but on camera watching him fill its container with tap water from my faucet. After he did a water change back in September of last year I checked the tank and it was completely filthy. Nitrates and ammonia levels are very high pH levels were very low. I did bring this up to him and put a list of things I wanted done every time he did the water changes. But he failed to do that also. Within the last couple water changes all my fish died. If anybody is looking at getting fish from this company I would look elsewhere. Or do not get saltwater fish because they're the only ones that deal with salt water.

The place is wonderful and the owner was working and she was an absolute delight. She showed us her personal fish and was very knowledgeable. Good prices and a wonderful display and selection of fish. The guy there could work on his people skills and attentiveness towards customers. Downstairs was open and fun as well, definitely a must stop place for information.

I love this place. I received a goldfish as a gift. I was clueless about caring for a fish. The staff is always patient and kind. When I decided to get my goldfish a friend, the staff was there to help me find a suitable companion. They care about their fish and it shows.

Great fish store! Nice selection of well-cared-for fish and plants. A couple nice gentlemen running the place. Jackson was very kind and knowledgeable to us. Great reptile place in the basement too. Even if the fancy store looks aren't there, these places have it where it counts. Fair prices, good people, good knowledge of the species they sell.

I've always found really great fish here, especially some very pretty fancy guppies. Unfortunately, the last two times I took some home they all got super sick, got my other fish sick, and all of my fish died. Maybe this is just my problem with not having a quarantine tank but k wish I could snag some that stayed alive!

They have their hours posted on the door and internet - Wed-Thurs 12:00-6:30. The last three times I stop by at noon on Wed or Thurs, they are closed. I try calling with no answer. I have waited in their parking lot for 30 minutes and no activity seen. I wonder what time they are really open? Frustrating.

Thaught this place was pretty cool. Dislike the hours for after work but it's ok I suppose. There was some pretty cool fish there at reasonable prices. Loved the spiders in the back. Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. Also there was a pretty good selection for lizard tanks. Location is odd being right off that highway.

Very wide variety of fish. You can find fish perfect for beginner fish owners all the way to serious aquarium owners. I would love to see more varieties of shrimp!

So we ordered vinyl siding, soffit, facia for our garage. It took a week just to get a quote. Today is delivery day, it's now 7pm and nothing yet. We called and was told that yes, items will be delivered today. One would expect a courtesy call. Very difficult to plan the day if you are stuck waiting.

They have sm reptiles and fish I love that you can hold some of them too I 100% recommend to go here to get stuff for fishes or reptiles and other stuff its a little pricey but its a great place!

I'm not sure what her name was, but the lady was extremely helpful with my tank. I'm having issues balancing my tank and she was extremely informative and even even gave me a used filter and some water with the "good bacteria" in it to help level my own tank. She even informed me I could bring some of my tank water in to be tested vs my well water. Very nice folks here, will definitely start shopping here for my fish supplies. Thank you for your assistance today

Im very dissapointed on the owner of this shop! They have a assorted fishtank in the back i always buy from and they decide they cant sell fish there because they cant identify it. I drive up from the city to this petshop every year just to buy from that awesome tank. Not coming back again.

They had just what I needed and I was able to find it quickly. The staff here is helpful but you do have to ask to be shown where something is otherwise they tend to just mill around and talk amongst themselves ignoring customers. Most small things are cheaper at the locally owned stores around town but there are things you just can't get at those stores and it is a good asset to the town. Yes I will shop here again and don't forget the every day military discount for active and veterans.

Brandon the assistant manager was tremendously helpful in resolving a grill purchase that needed replacement. He went above and beyond in making things right. ! Thanks to his actions I’ve become a Lowe’s loyal customer.

They rarely have what I need but more importantly the employees seem to have no idea what you're asking for. Couldn't find anyone in plumbing at all. Went to Ace in Virginia they helped me immediately and were very knowledgeable. Lowes needs more trained staff for sure.

Usually has most of what a DYI or contractor needs, it does lack something's and generally is more expensive then other retailers. Help is hit and miss as well as cashier's.

Service could be better on the weekends. Sometimes it takes for ever to find someone to help you with something in store.

Best christmas cleance sale ever

At Lowe's home improvement the first sales person we started with was helpful. Then as he was about to close on our purchase he went to lunch. Our second person had us start from the beginning. But we got it done. The second sales person was very helpful.

Slowest check out ever! There were 2 people in line a head of us and one behind. They called for back up checkers that never showed up. It took almost 15 minutes to get checked out.

We stopped looking for the organic spider spray that we were recommended for inside of our house (due to our kids allergies) ((yes it truly works)) but they said that it is only a summer item so to comeback in spring. Was kind of disappointed since spiders are not just "a summer thing" especially with an older home with a basement!

Nobody in this store knows where anything is. When some asks where something is, you don't point and say it's over there. You take them to where it is and show them. I don't know i went to the store looking for something and nobody could tell me where it was. I finally found it, but it took me going and finding someone who knew what metal strapping were.
