Quiet countryside inn with a fantastic back garden. This is a nice retreat from the noise and drain of the city. It's a five minute walk from the shops and restaurants of Stanford. There are only a few rooms so the service feels personal, but remember this is not a hotel. Appreciate the lodge for what it is and you will have a fantastic stay.

Lovely place. Really quiet room with an amazing garden. The home cooked breakfast was awesome. Thanks to Minnie for welcoming us and looking after us during our stay.

Comfortable and quaint. Beautiful gardens and a delicious breakfast. Not sorry we spent the night here. Some tlc here and there is required but that didnt affect our overall experience.
