This place is a dump. Go anywhere but here.

Unprofessional, lack of motivation sat in lobby for well over an hour. Poor people skills, lack of time management or desire to provide a good experience.

If I could put a zero, I would. The people were nice, but I was sitting there for over 30 minutes while waiting on the provider. That time does NOT include the time I spent in the lobby either.

Very friendly people, good at their jobs but man oh man are they slow. Looking at a vaccination record and attaching a needle to a syringe takes at maximum 5 minutes, giving a vaccine takes 30 seconds.

Come catch covid here, they are not following 6ft or mask recommends. This place is just sad I had an appointment 20 minutes ago and still havent checked in.

Place is horrible. People were friendly but not accurate or knowledgeable to certain conditions Was in for hours with NO POSITIVE OUTCOME Def do NOT recommend

Expect a long wait time

Unprofessional.waited more than a hour. The individual who was in charge of my physical barely took the time to look at the results. which made false accusations against my character resulting in loosing my career. Very neglectful, rude, and the negligence in that facility truly is horrific.
