Room was larger than expected and the beds were comfortable. it's an older property but so close to EVERYTHING!! highly recommend Ocean Cafe (40's diner) had the lemon ricotta pancakes that were on the special. Y. U. M.!!! Mich better than the muffin coffee and yogurt the hotel offers... Hot tub was great but it was a little dirty and the sign regarding diarrhea wasn't very comforting either... We will be back.

Booked a spa room for my wife and I. Issue was that the windows did not have a black out curtain. Would have felt really uncomfortable using the spa tub in the room when there is a nice residential neighborhood right outside our window. My wife was not going to use the tub so we asked for a different room anyway. The front desk staff tried to find us a different room but they were booked for Thanksgiving. Did not end up staying there. Staff, very nice. Location great. Owners need to think of privacy for the rooms! I didn't take a photo but it was only the sheer curtains for a huge window. At night, with our lights on, the outside could see right in...

We got the big king room with the extra living room side. We had a balcony which was so nice. It's a small balcony but still nice to be able to go outside. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The location is perfect. A 10 minute walk to the beach and pier and several restaurants. We will for sure be back next year with our kids.

Great value for the room size, view, and location. Customer service was really good. We talked with multiple staff throughout our stay and all were very helpful. Nice ocean view. Pretty loud road noise but that's to be expected given the location. The bathroom is in an odd location about 2 feet from the bed. Kind of awkward. Overall it's a great place to stay. Clean. I'd recommend and stay there again.

Great location and access to parking. Would appreciate conference room remained open for use. I asked Friday about pool, Saturday about pool (hot tub) and was told another company manages it. We actually booked the hotel because it had a hot tub. It was dirty the whole time (Friday to Monday) Sunday the green algae was taken care of but still had a ton of debris! Iโ€™m familiar with pool care, and it doesnโ€™t take much to clean the stuff maybe 15 mins. Needless to say we didnโ€™t use the hot tub. Also, the showers drain doesnโ€™t work quite well! Filled up with water and at 6โ€™4โ€ the shower head was at my chest! Anywho still a great place to stay! Beds are comfy and clean! Great views from the hallway! Great parking and covered options!

Staying here because this is the Hotel our employer booked for our work trip. Honestly, I sincerely hope they don't bring us back here next week. If this was something that I had booked for myself based off the website information and pictures I would have been furious! This really is a very outdated hotel and the rooms are a good size but the AC/Heaters are incredibly old and constantly shut on and off with much noise. Toilet and shower water pressure is terrible so hopefully you aren't the type that needs either frequently. And the very worst part about the rooms is there is NO MICROWAVE & the staff informed me that none of the rooms have microwaves either ๐Ÿ˜” for someone who travels and has to stay away from home this definitely isn't a good fit. Especially since I choose not to eat out every meal... this is a very big issue for me. There is an old microwave in the "lobby" area that you have to prep your food and bring down every time you want to warm something up ๐Ÿ˜ณ Additionally, they advertise breakfast but it's a very limited Cereal Bar with very little additional things offered in a very small room with pealing wallpaper. Parking is very difficult to maneuver so hopefully you don't have a large vehicle or a truck.

Great rooms that were clean with very comfortable beds. Everyone was really nice, especially Chris at the front desk who helped make sure we had the ideal room and understood the food options in the area.

A little run down. Our patio door did not lock.. While the price was good, the breakfast room is very small and not many offerings besides cereal, packaged cake and yogurt. Very nice staff. Location is in the middle of everything so quite convenient.

AVOID! Our room stunk like mold/mildew. Curtains torn, floors "ok". Bathroom "fair" , vomit in the parking lot near entrance. It was definitely NOT worth the coat they are charging. Location was the only quality for this hotel. Adviced the front desk clerk, who didn't seem interested. In the middle of our chat the phone rang, she just answered it right away and passed me my receipt while having a conversation on the phone It seems they have a water/moisture problem in the rooms, almost all of the 3rd floor has blower fans inside the rooms and they are all dripping with moisture inside as we passws by. Do yourself a favor, pay a little more and go somewhere else.

One night stay to compete in triathlon. Walking distance to the beach. Room was beautiful. Front desk accommodating. Good parking. I would stay there again.

I was only there for two nights but the room was spacious, with everything you need, clean, breakfast included, very kind staff. Good Wifi. Good location with supermarket, Starbucks, McDonald's and restaurants very close, a few minutes walk from the beach and a beautiful view from the terrace where you can see the ocean in the distance.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot and everything looks clean so it was nice in the beginning and loved waking up with a view of the beach buuut .. I had woken up with bites all over me . I let the front desk in the morning know before we checked out and she had asked what room we were in and then seemed to kind of blow it off . Still dealing with the bites 5 days later and was told I should have been offered a refund and it definitely should have been a bigger deal , kind of upset that it didnโ€™t seem to be taken seriously .

Large rooms, mostly clean, bathroom had a little bit of mold but I have stayed in other hotels near beach and that tends to be pretty common. I had seen pictures of warm breakfast being served, however that was not the case. There were not many options for breakfast, the only none sugary thing they had was original oatmeal(which was the first item gone). Coffee was good. Most of the staff was friendly towards us. I would give 4 or 5 stars if breakfast options were better. The location is fantastic though, very short drive to beach.

I broke my ankle during our stay and the Staff went above and beyond to help us out! We stayed for almost a week. The Rooms were nice and clean. Housekeeper did a great job cleaning the room while we were out one afternoon. The patio was a great feature and we could see the water from our room. They also have a cute public dining area that's on a patio for breakfast that was nice in the morning. The beds were cozy. The parking was super convenient as well. There is a Starbucks right nextdoor as well which was convenient.

IThis was a nice find. I was a little nervous about QI&S. This location changed my opinion. We needed a quick, close getaway in a nice location and didn't want to splurge on the hotel so we could enjoy a nice anniversary dinner nearby without our kids. The local restaurants are amazing. Hook & Plow was out go to that evening. The room was clean. The ned was comfy. The jacuzzi tub was relaxing. That's all you need for a good night out. Continental breakfast was available as well ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿพ

Curtains were torn up, room smelled of mildew and the staff was less than "worst service ever". Totally ruined the Quality Inn name for us and will never use this hotel line again after our experience here, despite having been loyal guests for years. Spend double and go down the street to anywhere else or you'll be regretting your whole vacation like it did to ours. Then they wanted to charge a surprise parking fee for using their facility while we were paying guest. And it doesn't end there. They kept our deposit claiming a smoking fee when we never smoked on the property at all. They are only interested in stealing your money here, from check-in to check-out.

The hotel is not new, but it is well maintained, and clean. The rooms are nice and spacious, and some have small balconies that you can see the ocean. Refrigerator in the room, and kurig coffee maker, but if you want use of the hotels single microwave, you have to go to the lobby ( weird ) . They have a small exercise room, but the treadmill and bike were both out of order, so it is basically a rack of dumbbells. They offer breakfast, but are still using COVID as a excuse to get out of serving it. It's an ok place to stay, but it's just a room at this point. No extras. It was $140 a night, and not far from the water. 20-30 minute walk, or a 3 minute car ride. Honestly, it's about 3 1/2 stars. (Could have been higher, but no breakfast, no microwave in room, and the exercise equipment broken...).

The hotel is located in a great spot. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel itself is quite outdated and a little run down. There were stains on the walls, mildew in the shower and sink, tile coming up near the jacuzzi, etc. The cleanliness of the rooms was pretty lackluster as well.
