The room was bigger than expected, very clean, and the location was fantastic. The price is tough to beat for the location. The breakfast was very good also. Pool was not too busy, and the hot tub was pleasant. Hermosa Beach and the Strand within walking distance was a huge plus. Free on-site parking is really great in busy places such as this.

Very clean, rooms seem to be newly updated, beds were comfortable, breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the coffee was hot. Check in was easy and the gentleman was friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions. Great location to so many beaches in the area and walking distance to multiple local businesses. Great price for everything you get.

Good location and a very clean room. Everything was working and the hotel was in good order. Parking can be tight be it’s located close to many places (CVS, taco restaurants, liquor store) that you can walk to some places. Just a few blocks from the beach but annoyingly close to some power lines running to the power station. Breakfast was the best of all the Holiday Inns we stayed at. Staff was very friendly and I would highly recommend this location.

Stayed here for 4 nights, and it was a perfect stay!! The location is great, short walk to Hermosa and Manhattan Beach. We rented a bike and went to Marina del Ray and Venice Beach, which was a beautiful ride. The staff, especially Lara, Fred and Jonothan were very accommodating and helpful. That made such a difference to our stay! The included breakfast buffet had a great variety of everything and the hot food was constantly replenished and fresh. The rooms were spacious and modern. Bonus that there was a hot tub as well. Next time I plan to go to the LA area I will definitely stay here!

Staying here for three nights and needed a place that was a short walk to the beach! Found this Holiday Inn Express and thought I’d try it out! PROS: free parking (covered and uncovered) extremely friendly staff laundry room fitness center and pool free breakfast short walk to beach room extremely clean CONS: rooms a little outdated and not modernized may be a little loud if room facing the streets Overall, for the price you’re paying, I think it’s worth it! I’d give it 5 stars if it was more modernized to 2022 standards because other Holiday Inn Express’s have started doing that.

We stayed here 5/1/22—5/5/22 (Thought I reviewed the hotel when I was there!) Anyway, great location- between Manhattan Beach to the north and Redondo Beach to the south it was a perfect choice! From the 5th floor, we had a small balcony and could see a little bit of the ocean. The guys at the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good! 😊 As an IHG employee, I'm happy to say I'd gladly stay here again.

Overall a wonderful experience. Check in was quick and easy. The room was immaculate. Very impressed with the cleanliness here. We got to enjoy the jacuzzi and pool all to ourselves. The gym was small but had enough machines such has the treadmill, and elliptical. The walls are not soundproof, we did hear people talking in the morning. Luckily it wasn’t too bad. We liked that the windows have the full black out curtains. Breakfast was great. There were a lot of things to choose from oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, pancake maker, biscuits, scrambled eggs, sausages, bagels and much much more. Great service all around from the staff. It’s a nice walk to the Redondo Pier and Hermosa Beach. Thank you!

Location is great, 10 min to Hermosa Beach by walk. Rooms are big and very clean, bathrooms are renovated. Breakfast was great, has many options! Employees were friendly. It was a great stay, we will come back!

Happy with the included breakfast and overall cleanliness of the room. Hotel personnel were also nice. The only thing that really could have been better is if it was even closer to the beach but a 10 minute walk is not bad at all.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my husband and toddler. The service was excellent, rooms were clean and modern, location was great for us travelling to Hollywood, Disney and beaches. The breakfast was amazing with both hot and cold foods.

We were put in a room facing the busy street. Could barely sleep all night because of the noise of cars, ambulances and fire trucks. It felt our bed was in the middle of the road. Asked to be moved to a room facing the quiet side of the building but was denied with all sorts of excuses (our maids are about to leave, you should have asked in the morning, and so on). Building not well constructed with very thin walls, so we can hear the people on the adjacent rooms and walking on the hallway at night. Shower pressure is low, not good. However, the bathroom is very clean as well as the room. So 5 stars for that. Hallway carpet is filthy - needs to be shampooed or changed. Breakfast is ok.

The room was clean and a very decent size. This was not a tiny hotel room, and the bathroom was large, stocked, and clean. There is a pool at this location, but it is indoors, and I found that a little off-putting. I wish the pool was outdoors. It is located near the beach, but too far to walk there. Breakfast was fine, I wish there was a gluten-free option... the oatmeal or different breads offered. Other than that, I would stay here again.

If you can get the rooms booked on points it's a great deal. The redemption points is high value for the rooms which are spacious. The breakfast buffet is also good enough, and free parking is great since the Inn is close to the beach and other food/shopping.

This hotel is always our first choice when visiting Hermosa Beach and surrounding cities. The staff is welcoming, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel interior has been recently updated. It is all very nice. It offers everything we look for and at a fair price.
