First time staying at Sea Sprite Hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations! Quick check in, large rooms, extremely comfortable mattresses and clean. Did I mention it’s within walking distance to the beach and all kinds of amazing restaurants. Yes!

AMAZING stay! Definitely our new “go-to” place for some beach time! It’s right on the beach. Super clean, FANTASTIC staff, located near shopping and other entertainment. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. We had a blast! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed three nights in April and experienced great service from the hotel staff. Shout out to Jason and Lada! They made help make our stay so enjoyable. Location is perfect for beachfront property and walking distance to great restaurants. Will definitely come back next time in Hermosa Beach.

My husband and I booked a little staycation for Valentine’s Day and we made the perfect choice with Sea Sprite! It is literally right off the beach with unobstructed ocean views. There is a beautiful patio to enjoy the breeze and view with plenty of tables for your food if you wish. The rooms are newly updated and everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. The staff was helpful and kind as well. We will definitely remember this gem!

What a wonderful place to be! The hotel room was clean and very spacious with room to work and a large couch for rainy day tv. Being right on the Strand we could walk out the door and go for a walk or run, or grab food, walk the pier or hang on the beach. Everything was right there! And the hotel staff was amazing, very friendly and attentive to our needs! They even loaned us a mouse for our laptop!

Excellent location, our particular room was large and spacious overlooking the beach and Hermosa Pier, great for families. Clean room and friendly hotel staff made our stay even better.

Lovely experience from start to finish. Great customer service, modern & comfortable room, fabulous amenities (market, lounge chairs) and a view that cannot be beat! I could not recommend the Sea Sprite Hotel more, it was truly a perfect beach getaway stay.

If you are ever in Hermosa, this is a great little ocean side hotel. Literally, right on the beach. Completely renovated in 2019-2020, it has 16 beachy vibe rooms. It is steps away from all the shops, bars, and restaurants. Totally relaxing with great people watching. Definitely recommend.

This hotel was AMAZING. Every employee was extremely nice. The rooms were clean and location was perfect. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again!

Should be called a motel instead of a hotel. There is more to customer service than being nice. They have a terrible parking system and terrible directions for where to park properly. They don't track your vehicle, your license plate number or anything. They towed my car away while I was sleeping. I am now at another hotel, and realize why i'll never use them again.

Giving this hotel 3 stars is generous. The location is fantastic; however, I couldn't believe how filthy the room was. We were in the panoramic suite (the "best room in the house," we were told). There were hairs in the bathtub. Multiple hairs. There were also hairs along the baseboard and a good bit of grime built up. The dust on the bathroom light fixtures was clearly visible, as was the dust that had built up around the bedroom sconces. The rugs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a while. I brought all of this to the front desk's attention...the bathtub was cleaned, but the rest of the grime remained despite my bringing it up multiple times. You can see the filth in the pics. I just couldn't take it anymore and had to do a little cleaning. Very disappointing.

Spot on. The room was so clean, cozy and big! Super comfortable bed. Had all the facilities you need including a fridge, sink, coffee machine which came in pretty handy. Parking was super easy. Opening the window in the morning and smell the ocean can't be beaten. All the staff were super friendly, including the manager Marina who's very sweet and professional. This is definitely the place to stay in hermosa beach.

I have no words to express how perfect this little hotel is, literally on the sand at Hermosa Beach CA. The staff and unbelievably good and so helpful. The rooms are super clean and modern and you can walk to so many coffee shops, bars, restaurants or use the outside bar at the hotel and just watch the beach. I highly recommend staying here to have some Californian lifestyle 🇺🇸

We were lucky enough to win a stay at the Sea Sprite through our gym (King Harbor Fitness) in Redondo. The hotel is about a ten minute drive from our place but wow we truly felt whisked away to a far away oasis. The hotel itself is so quaint and perfectly located, but as you get closer you see how much of a glow up its had from its original design as a beach motel. There's fun games like Corn hole awaiting you as you enter the lobby which is really cute, has a store that sells local gelato to-go, and offers complimentary bags of lavender for each guest. The rooms are stunning, large bright, with the best beachfront view you can ask for. It feels like a luxury hotel without the costs and pretension. All of the staff was so friendly, big shoutout to Mark for answering all of our questions pre-stay. Will be recommending this gem to all of our out-of-town friends & family. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Such a great place to stay at a reasonable price. The sea sprite sits right in the Strand and so close to everything that is great in hermosa. The staff was so accommodating and kind, we are going to make a habit of staying here.
