Very unfriendly sister. As a pain patient, they were sent away on the grounds that they were now MVZ and that all former patients were classified as new patients. I wasn't even asked why I was in pain. Not recommendable

I visited this practice for the first time many months ago. Even before I received my insurance card, I could see how the nurses at this practice seemed to disagree. This disagreement meant that I was sent to the waiting room with more breakfast. Afterwards I was treated by a dentist whose humor seemed rather dry; personally, I don't find dentists funny. Apart from a few babbling comments, cynical superficialities and the question of what kind of filling it should be, nothing more technical came from the person treating me. The nurses gave me an invoice and a new appointment. On the same day I discovered that I could no longer chew on the treated tooth. The next appointment came and I spoke about this. Now let's get started! This time too, the attending doctor from the first treatment was the one who took me under his wing, not knowing what he was actually doing there. After the very painful treatment, I remained somewhat dazed, with three holes in which the protagonist stuffed cotton wool, standing in front of the counter of the nurses, who shared information with each other about my treatment. I, on the other hand, never received any information and since I was still dazed, I trotted away. In the evening, the pain had not been relieved, but was now permanently present, I called a doctor I knew. He explained to me that it was a root canal treatment and that I should remove the cotton from the canals so that the pressure would be relieved. He also advised me to make it known that I would like to know what was being treated. The next session came, I said this and then was more or less turned away by the doctor. The treatment is too complicated and I should contact a woman who specializes in it. However, this woman doesn't bill the health insurance companies and the ATTEMPT to save the tooth would cost me €3800. Of course you can pay this in installments... in six tender installments. Now I'm going to my friend who still has a few options before the tooth has to be extracted. Thank you Oh yeah… I will advise people not to visit this practice.

Thank you for taking me in so quickly even without an appointment. This is a very nice practice. And a big thank you to the dentist and all the nurses for doing such a good job and providing such quick and good care. I keep coming back to you now because I felt like I was in such good hands. I would like to thank the entire team at the dental practice. 🤗😀👍

5 months after the treatment, I am still extremely happy with the result 🤩😌 Ms. Toteva optimized a filling and thereby solved a problem that I had for years (namely, food residue getting stuck between my teeth after every meal). Unfortunately, this didn't work when the previous doctor renewed the filling. Ms. Toteva only changed the edge of the old filling for me (instead of replacing it completely), which I really liked because it was gentle on the tooth, was quicker and hardly hurt. On top of that, I wasn't even charged my own contribution for the repair (with plastic), even though the filling was done at my previous place of residence. Thank you very much for the very helpful treatment! It may sound like a small thing, but it is a huge benefit to my quality of life to no longer have to clean the affected space between my teeth after every meal 🙏🏽🥺

Today I was on site during the emergency service to change the drainage. I don't understand at all how this practice can boast of being a “practice with heart” for “anxious patients” with treatments that are as “painless” as possible. The doctor was extremely unfriendly, called me a child because I found his treatment a bit painful and said goodbye to me as I walked away with the words “we’ll see each other a few more times.” I won't mention that in front of me, during my treatment, people talked about how to deal with children during the session. I will definitely never visit this practice again. If other people here are happy they had a better doctor, I have no idea. But this man is out of place here. I still give it 2 stars because the treatment itself went quickly (probably because things like rinsing etc. weren't valued.) I hope I won't suffer any major damage from the visit.

Holes are not detected, instead you should come for a check in 6 months. An emerging problem “needs to be looked at,” it just never happens. Then suddenly several teeth are milled away, some of them extremely, because there are holes in them. Now things have to calm down first - 3 months! Needless to say, nothing had to calm down and caries continued to grow under the old filling and the areas that were emerging were now definitely affected by caries? In the meantime, a crowning was proposed, but the cost proposal has not been received to date. And that was a really good address!

I've enjoyed coming here for years. My teeth are now a major construction site. I can even feel a hole in my tooth with my tongue but they tell me: there's nothing there. It's hard to get appointments at all. And if you have one, it will be canceled very shortly in advance. The replacement date is usually six months in the future. Absolute disaster.

Thet gave me an appointment for my root canal on 2nd of January, I went there just to find out the doctor isn't available. I am suffering from severe pain. Now they are saying book another appointment through phone which might take another month or so.

Rude and not useful. My daughter, who recently moved to Magdeburg, had an accident and broke one of her teeth. I had to have a heated argument on the phone about why they weren't accepting new patients and was turned away. She herself was there the day after and made inquiries and was also turned away with the reason “You had no time for new patients” (as the practice was empty) and was asked to go to her family doctor. Despite her explanation that she had not yet had a doctor in Magdeburg, she received no further help. Simply disappointing.
