It was a nice visit to this Beautiful bridge. After searching a lot on Internet about How to go there, Finally we took a Bus 704 from Neustadt S-bahnhof to Hoherwarthe stop. Then 1km walk to this water bridge. Best for drone photography. This is the easiest and cheapest way to get there if you’re not a hiking freek. Must visit place if you’re in Magdeburg.

Amazing place to have picnic with friends and family. It would be great if you could come over here with own cars or buses.

Magdeburg water bridge is one of the top tourist attraction spot which is just located outside of city but there is a highway links to Berlin. You can access the bridge on foot or by bicycle. It’s quite long and accessible from both side. The scenic beauty of the river over river something mesmeric. The bridge is a great example of Mechanical Engineering. There is a option of enjoying the sights by reserving cruize.

Not much to do here, but as a bike trip destination - perfect. Don't forget to grab a Jacket, it's quite windy and chilled anytime of the year

Another feat of human engineering. There's free parking available on the east of the river Elbe, on the southern part, and it's a short walk away to the bridge itself. The bridge has wide footpaths for walking and cycling along the water bridge. Also worth going under the bridge and admire the construction.

A interesting water canal with a couple of locks. You can take a canal boat there for sightseeing.

Most beautiful in the summer and need to wait for some ships to cross it. Amazing.

Great destination near Magdeburg. Perfect for walking or cycling. The canal bridge is easily accessible by bike. You can cycle along a beautiful path which leads you through forests and fields along the river for about 10-15km. There is also adjacent parking for those who prefer to come by car.
