Store includes a DPD pickup shop. This accepts packages if they cannot be reached at home. So far so good...but what if the shop simply refuses to accept it?!!!!!And the package is then quickly returned to the sender?!!!!!! This is what is happening here, a real mess. And all at the expense of the DPD customer. Reason? “The shop accepts a maximum of 10 packages per day” It does not work like that. Clearly cheeky, one star is too many.
