Am Samstag Vormittag zu Schwabs gebracht, Umgehend Fehleranalyse gemacht, Fehlerhaftes Teil wurde sofort ausgetauscht und ich konnte nach nur einer Stunde das Quad wieder mitnehmen. Wohlgemerkt an einem Samstag! Ich finde das ist perfekter Service und zeichnet eben ein sehr gutes Geschäft aus! Nur zu empfehlen!

Super nett, alles wie im Vorfeld besprochen. Haben zusätzlich noch eine Führung durch die Ausstellung der Quads bekommen, obwohl ich hier nur einen gebrauchten Roller gekauft habe. Ganz dickes Lob!!! Jederzeit wieder. Sollte ich mich für ein Quad entscheiden, dann nur hier!!!

CZ: U Quad Stadel Schwab jsem zakoupil novou čtyřkolku Can-Am Outlander 570 MAX DPS MY2023. Chtěl bych vyzdvihnout několik předností obchodu: Klady (+): - velký výběr strojů od značek Can-Am, CFMOTO, Yamaha, TGB,... - snadná dostupnost obchodu (obchod se nachází kousek od dálnice A6) - otevírací doba obchodu i v sobotu, čehož si velice vážím, jelikož hodně prodejců v České republice má v sobotu zavřeno a člověk chce přece jenom mít čas na výběr čtyřkolky - milý personál; - výborná komunikace přes email přímo s majitelem obchodu - možnost vyzkoušení stroje před obchodem; doprava stroje domů - montáž dodatečného příslušenství (blastry a naviják). Zápory (-): žádné Obecně jsem byl s prodejcem velice spokojený. Platilo vše, na čem jsem se s prodejcem domluvil, takhle by to mělo být! Byl jsem spokojený i s dopravou stroje domů. Řidič byl milý a přivezl čtyřkolku přesně v domluvený čas, navíc v SOBOTU! Nějak si nedovedu představit, že by mi v České republice nějaký prodejce přivezl čtyřkolku v sobotu, ale třeba se pletu. Celý nákup zkrátka proběhl hladce, děkuji tedy celému týmu Quad Stadel Schwab. Určitě lepší přístup než u prodejců v České republice. Jen tak dál! I would like to highlight several advantages of the store: Pros (+): - a large selection of machines from Can-Am, CFMOTO, Yamaha, TGB,... - easy access to the store (the store is located just off the A6 highway) - shop opening hours even on Saturdays, which I appreciate very much, as many sellers in the Czech Republic are closed on Saturdays and you still want to have some time to choose a quad bike - nice staff; - excellent communication via email directly with the owner - the possibility of trying out the machine - home delivery of the quad - installation of additional accessories (blasters and winch). Cons (-): none In general, I was very satisfied with the seller. Everything I agreed on with the seller was valid, this is how it should be! I was also satisfied with the delivery of the machine. The driver was nice and brought the ATV exactly at the agreed time, and on SATURDAY! Somehow I can't imagine that a seller in the Czech Republic would deliver me a quad bike on Saturday, but maybe I'm wrong.
