Such an underrated chain. I've been to many locations and they are consistent with the quality and generous quantity of food. Even after pandemic the prices are reasonable. My favorite is the bottomless fries, although I refrained from them this time. I had the cob salad which is gigantic and loaded with everything. The Tito's blue chill was the right amount of sweetness. Coffee was burnt, should think about getting a Keurig. Service was excellent.

Food amazing, terrific atmosphere, and the staff awesome. From the first step in the door to walking out the place is worth the stop. Try one of the many unique hamburgers with of course ending fries..... Sweet potato ones if you like those are available. Have one of the chicken sandwiches with Yukon chips, YUM... Have a classic sweet tea to wash down your meal. If you saved room have some dessert. Stop in and check it out.

We went on new years with our family.....gotta say floor was beyond disgusting but other than that staff members actually looked like they cared about there job asked us how is our meals anything we need.....staff went over and beyond. Just make sure those floors are clean other than that it was a fun experience!

Great atmosphere and usually pretty full all year round. Can’t go wrong with a Red Robin burger. Always really well made and juicy. If you’re going to get an app, I would choose between the pretzel bites with beer cheese or the mozzarella sticks.

Nice location and convenient in and out. We enjoyed our dinner here and the smaller hamburgers offered to seniors.

We enjoyed our meals but the fry refills took a long long time. We ordered shakes and they were tasty! Seemed like they were short handed but so is everywhere these days!

We were greeted right away with a friendly smile! And asked how many was in our party this evening. Then we were seated right away. That was wonderful! Our server then came over and got our drink orders. Everything was just great! A great big thumbs up for everyone there! Thank you, to all! Without all of the staff there working hard together it wouldn't be a great restaurant!

Trish was fantastic. The other bartender was snarky to both her and another employee in two separate interactions. Not cool, especially in ear shot of guests. So the 5 stars are for Tish and her awesome customer service 🥳 On a separate note, I appreciate the icons to indicate healthy choices and the calorie counts

Our experience here was fantastic. We arrived a few minutes after 11 for lunch before leaving town. We were greeted and taken care of by Kayla. She was quick and pleasant and her timing with everything was perfect. We put in for apps while we decided what we wanted for lunch and they came out as soon as we put our order in. As soon as we finished up with the apps, our food was brought to our table. All while everything was brought out fresh and cooked perfectly. It may have been a coincidence but it was phenomenal either way. Kayla was pleasant the entire time and made sure we had everything we needed without making us feel rushed. Great experience all the way around.

Overall a good and solid Red Robin visit. Restaurant was clean and looked well maintained. Staff was friendly despite being super busy because of a concert event at the Giant Center. Food was hot and fresh and came out in a reasonable amount of time despite the super busy conditions. Definitely worth visiting again during normal conditions!

Worst lunch experience ever. I ordered on-line for 2 grilled chicken salads and a side salad. It said my order would be ready at 12:22pm. At 12:45 I was still waiting. On my order, one chicken salad stated no tomatoes or cheese. It came with both on it. The side salad was served in a soup cup. I also requested silverware on the order but none was given. This was my first and last order at this place.

We love Red Robin. Never really had a complaint on the food at this one. Service is hit or miss. I couldn't even get a refill the last time. But all in all it's a pretty good spot. Been to this one 5 times now I think. 👌🏻

Great food! A bit of a wait to get in, but the service was very good, even though, like everywhere, they are under staffed. I really appreciate all of the servers and cook staff out there trying to make our dining experience a good one.

Came here for dinner last night and they were somewhat busy but nothing out of the ordinary for a concert night. 20 minute wait so not bad and they were quicker to get us seated. We have our name to hostess and went to bar to grab a couple drinks while we waited at around 415 PM. Once we sat at the bar there were three people behind the bar and not one of them looked at us for the entire 20 minutes while we waited patiently. We never got a drink while waiting and felt the service provided at the bar was simply horrendous. Inexcusable. We then were seated and served by a young waitress on her first solo day and she took her time and did a wonderful job. We ordered beers there and the beers came out 30 minutes after they were ordered. The bar service needs drastic improvement obviously. Worst I’ve seen. Would have gave them 1 star if waitress wasn’t excellent. Sad.

Love the burgers, love the quick attentive and friendly staff at the bar, food is always good here. The cocktails are tasty 😋

Although it was not the cleanest places I’ve been this was my first experience at Red Robin. My son said his burger was the 2nd best he’s ever had. The Buffalo strips and mozzerella twist were awesome. Milkshake also was one of the best I’ve had in a while. Besides the food our waitress Kaitlin was the best. She was attentive and very patient as we explored the menu.

Loved the experience here. The hostess went out of her way to seat us in a comfortable place. The weather was cool but the a/c was still on and she found us a booth not in the direct line of any fans. The waitress also gave us special treatment. The food was delicious and plentiful. And the endless speckles lemonade is a favorite.

We went during a concert at Hershey Stadium, the place was slammed. The team performed exceptionally well, and got us in and out with full tummies and a good drinks. Even though our bartender was digging her self out of hole, full bar and tables she was attentive and courteous. We seen a waitress hop in and help, and the teamwork was apparent and appreciated by us, as well the bar staff I am sure. For chains this burger was at the top, I forgot how well they do, will definitely be back with the whole family. The only suggestion I would have is treating the tables in the bar section as the bar seats with a dedicated bartender, half were open while everything was slammed, these open seats are leaving money on the table for the company and the pockets of employees. We seen about four couples in the span of 30 minutes walk in and out because bar was full, amounting to $150-400 per hour of walk outs. No wait time needed for bar "area" should be the new policy. Look forward to visiting again soon.

First time back at a Red Robin after a number of years (none available where I live now). Great experience. Server was wonderful and made sure that we had a great experience. Food was delicious. The fries were as tasty as my wife and I remembered. Kids ordered the chicken fingers with fries and loved every bite. The burgers were juicy and well made. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through the area. Friendly staff and great food.
