I love Tchibo coffee. There is a very new branch in Steele, which was only remodeled in spring 2022. It invites you to linger. The team is always super nice.

After the renovation, I like the branch in Steele even better, but the highlight was again the friendly young saleswoman who warmly welcomes customers every time. It's great that there are still sellers like this

The employee was rude and unfriendly. When I wanted to send my defective coffee machine to be repaired, she refused to accept it because I didn't buy the machine from the store, even though I still have a 14-month warranty on it, and said that the company no longer makes the machine. I really like Tchibo coffees, but will never go there again.

I know what I'm talking about because I worked in a management position as a construction manager in tunnel and bridge construction at Bilfinger u Berger for 36 years. I'm now a happy pensioner. We have been Tchibo customers for a long time. Such employees also need to be cared for by management. But also hold short meetings every now and then. Keep it up. I like coming to this branch in Essen Steele. Get coffee from you regularly for a month. Because I got the new Qbo coffee machine. My wife was thrilled. It is a lot better than the previous model. Sehr freundliches Personal auch wenn mal nichts Kauft wird man freundlich behandelt besonders eine Junge Blonde Frau die dort Arbeit sowas von freundlich und Nett sieht man selten im Verkauf und habe schon einige in Essen besucht haben sehr guten Kaffee und Kuchen und gute Waren und Kleidung an zu Bieten wie überall bei Tschibo
