As a buyer of consumer electronics, I really like this place. Prices are negotiable here, unlike the competition, and I find the local staff friendly and knowledgeable. Their stocks of console games may be low, but it's always worthwhile popping in for a browse.... Keep up the good work!

Recently, while searching for an iPad Pro (online) I've found one in this store. Someone surely dropped it. It had few dents here and there and from pictures I assumed the screen and back had some marks too- the price was surprisingly low as well. When I arrived to check on it in person I was just amazed! It was the best customer service I have ever experienced! Just because I asked about the item, Zubair- the manager of the place (I hope I get his name correctly) brought it to me, showing exactly the condition- which was way better than I imagined from seeing the pictures. I was already certain about the purchase, but suddenly, before me paying, he offered me the full test of the device- just to make me sure about its working order! He did all the testing in front of me, so I clearly could have seen that everything is alright. For today I'm so impressed about how professional and kind person he is! I hope everyone could experience what I did! Zubair- if you read this, you should know that you make this world a better place! Thank you once again!

Following a poor experience at another CC I was hesitant to visit, however I was welcomed with a warm smile by a very polite Abbie, who provided professional advice when explaining my options. I didn't feel rushed like my first CC visit, absolute asset to the company. I'll be more inclined to use CC in the future.

First time going to the cash converters in Borehamwood and never experienced anything like it in other cash converters a young lady I believe she was the manager greeted me upon arrival asked how my bank holiday was and if I needed help she was amazing and I will be going back to see abbie great experience

This store is amazing the lovely lady abi in there helped me buy a ring and bangle for my Mrs saved my relationship!!! Haha

Denvoy is RUDE beyond belief, absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. Ok, I was trying to haggle a price and they weren't having it (an item that weeks later is still sat for sale when I asked for £15 off) So absolutely stupid business practice really but then makes unprofessional rude comments telling me to stop crying about it and they are not begging for my business or even want it. Given the amount of money I spend online with CC and being in customer service myself, I was shocked at his appalling and abusive manor, he actually needs serious training and a disciplinary or if it was my business he would already be in the queue outside the job center. Pathetic attitude, awful service and I will no longer purchase from CC in general now, even other stores following this employees rude behavior. disgusting.

Went yesterday, out of all the cash converters the borhamwood branch is probably the best one, customer service is perfect, especially Denvoy, great service and nice man👍. Don’t understand why the 1 star reviews exist for this store, my experience ad my product were perfect.
