Have been visiting for years! Lovely place to eat, food is delicious, made to order so still hot and good portion sizes. The staff are friendly and polite. Highly recommended.

To be honest this was probably more of a nostalgia thing for me. I used to go to the Wimpy with my dad, a lot when I was little and he always had a Wimpy special grill. Not much on thr menu has changed, but the Wimpy Special grill was just as I remembered it, eggs were much better and a lot less rubbery. Probably a little pricey for fast food, but still one of the best burgers around.

This place has a buy 1 for the price of 2, get 1 free kinda vibe. You end up spending like £40 for what is essentially a glorified McDonald's. Other than that food is great.

Why are there not more of these. I miss the 80s when plates and cutlery were still a thing and fu71ing up the environment wasn't the result of having lunch.

Delicious burgers, don't know why it's not more popular. It is quite pricey for what get, but Wimpy Wednesday. £7.50 Burger/Cheeseburger/Bendy in a bun, chips and drink!?! Come on..

Had my last Wimpy about 50 years ago. Eating my Hamburger and chips brought back quite a few good memories. Food was just as good as was the service

Great experience eat there today. Attentive staff, clean and old favourites on the menu. Toilets were immaculate.

Must say this was not bad. Properly junky, nicely crisped brown bun, crisply done fries with nice potato scent, and manageable calories. Staff was friendly, respectful, and professional. Everything was piping hot and came out quickly, no gripes about my complicated customization request.

Yummy fresh burger and chips made on the premises while u wait, yummy thick milkshakes, the staff were polite and I was able to have a laugh with them. Its OK access for wheelchair users as there is a high step to get inside. I didnt use the loo so can't comment on it. Value for money and it's cooked fresh.

Brilliant food, charming service and spotlessly clean. The new refit is great. As always, the food was freshly cooked to order in the open kitchen. Forget other burger chains, Wimpy remains the best.

Matthew was our server today. He did a great job with suggestions and was warm and hospitable. Our food arrived prompt and was cooked well. My milkshake was super thick and yummy.

Whenever I eat here I am excited to bite into my food. The Chef clearly cares about the food he serves paying special attention to making sure the food is cooked to customer satisfaction. Additionally the milkshakes here are awesome.

Borehamwood wimpy is one of the last few you find , family run , clean friendly decent food and portions nice place to chill and watch the world go by .. Go there a blast from the past rejuvenated and good

Took my son here for his first time at Wimpy and wow he is amazed and it’s his new favourite place for a treat meal. Both our meals were amazing and very generous portions.
