Great location on the water. Menu looks great On entering the dining area, the waitress was rude and grumpy. We were waiting to be seated for nearly 5 minutes and when we saw mostly vacant tables we decided to find somewhere to sit. The waitress then came over to us and told us to go back to the front desk. She was not happy, Philippine woman. The rest of the staff were really welcoming. We ordered two wines and the glasses were dirty with lipstick Mars and smudges. My Shiraz had a nearly 1cm of sediment (see photo) The meals were great. Prawn curry and beer battered flathead. The venue is quite nice and entering the club the front desk were welcoming. Will try it again

Hervey Bay Boat Club has the best coffee in town! This club has lots to offer including 2 restaurants with great deals, twin cinemas, free live music and dancing, indoor and outdoor seating with outstanding water views. The club is packed on weekends and you’ll need to arrive before 6pm to secure a table for dinner. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the boats.

Felt welcome from my first steps inside as I was greeted by the reception staff. I went to the Bistro for lunch and the steak special was delicious. I then sat on the balcony afterwards and had a latte from the coffee shop.

Not just a club, so much more. Live music 5 days a week. Live and free on weekends. Cinemas with the latest films from just $8.50 adults Awesome sunset cruises and adventure cruises with a side net you can jump into for fun. Drinks on board and snacks. The sunset cruise is soooo romantic and tranquil. The club has very affordable drinks plus 3 eating areas. Food was delicious and they have oysters plus a beer/wine for about $10 bucks! ALL the staff are super friendly from the second you walk in the door. Lots of smiling friendly faces. Huge windows everywhere to look out towards K'Gari (Fraser) Island. FREE entertainment at night including trivia and a really cool band when I visited. Like all clubs there are pokies but here they are really spread out. The view is stunning looking out over the marina and the club's Whale Watching There is a caravan park over the road plus heaps of accommodation nearby. Top marks 10 out of 10 HB Boat Club and all your wonderful staff!!!

Great experience.Food was delicious and generous serving. Friendly Staff at both reception area of the Club and at the Resto. It is our first time in Hervey Bay and the Club is just walking distance from where were staying ( Breakfree Sandy Strait) very convenient. And we enjoyed our dinner and we had fun with friends..Will surely come back next visit.

Great local club, popped in for the raffles on Thursday night and decided to go to the restaurant for dinner - the grilled salmon was perfectly cooked, the chicken snitty was moist and the mushroom sauce tasty and the kids carbonara was quickly inhaled by my 11 year old (be warned it contains a lot of garlic). I’m giving my 5 stars for the restaurant not the bistro which we ate at another night and was disappointed with gristly over cooked steak sandwiches and an average kids burger. Staff are friendly and the outdoor deck is awesome for afternoon drinks.

Nice enough place. Monday and Tuesday nights have a limited menu but the schnitzel was tasty and good value. Guinness and Toohey's Old on tap. Good selection of beers. Nice deck outside for the view over the marina Good TAB section with plenty of betting action.

I had a cruise for Mother's Day. Whilst the weather wasn't the best, the cruise along fraser was beautiful. The Captain was knowledgeable and the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend doing this, infact I can't wait til whale season ... we will be going!

Very nice place however they allow people's children to run around. Food was plentiful and very good; the prawns in the Garlic Prawn Fettuccini were huge. Price a little high for seniors. My friend said her flathead was very nice indeed and also struggled through her meal. Staff were very help with regard to how to order and gave us a window seat. Loved the Aquarium too.

I’ve been to the boat club many times, but last night I went for a dinner party and I was impressed with que quality of my dish. I ordered Grilled Prawn Salad, and it came in a very generous serving!!! It was absolutely delicious and my husband ordered the Garlic Prawn pizza and he was very happy with it! The service was great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

An awesome venue for locals and visitors alike 🏆 Some great dining options, a lovely location, entertainment choices and friendly helpful staff There’s a large off street parking area opposite the front door and some of the nearby streets can accommodate caravan and motorhome parking The club has a kids room, wide verandas - overlooking the marina, a stage area for live entertainment and plenty of room between tables for good access Pedestrians enter directly from street level, with no stairs or obstacles The Hervey Bay Tourist Information Centre is nearby, making this a great one stop venue 👍

Lovely spot right on the water, just wish the food was better. I had the prawn pasta and it was very average, drenched in creamy garlic sauce. Just passing through town, would recommended for a drink on the deck too look at the view but if your a foodie have a look around town.

Compliments to the chefs/cooks. I asked for a medium well and got a charcoal done instead, rest a sure my dinner came back up 🤣🤣🤣🤣
