Came here as a special treat for the kids. All our food was stone cold - fries, nuggets, burgers. Ironically the only warm thing was our drinks, which were not fizzy and tasted like watered down cordial instead of sprite. Floors were filthy, women's toilets were too. They weren't busy either.

ordered large fries, got a half package ordered a cheese tomato toastie and it was black burnt staff was nice but the food is bad

Food is OK, although beef burgers don't taste as they used too, very bland. Clean and big seating area with different arrangements. Have a community/birthdays room. Staff are quite friendly with customers for a change 😀 They still have those fixed kids games touch pads but unfortunately they are not working and no one bothers to remove them!

Ordered a triple cheeseburger from pialba McDonald's and got this. I never said no bun and I did say no onions however it was still put on it. Usually they are pretty good but this is ridiculous!! 😠😠

We ordered in. Placed our order through the order station only to get to the end and have an error message pop up. Proceeded to the counter and re-ordered. Waited and could see our order was ready but no one called the order out. Unpacked the order to find napkins/straws/butter and syrup/cutlery missing from our order. Thankfully we ordered in….Staff were apologetic and pleasant. Drive through appears to be the priority.

Worst experience ever at McDonald’s this afternoon. Nothing was working, tried to give me runny shakes as coffee, frozen coke and soft drink machines not working, if I hadn’t complained about how runny they were the manager wouldn’t have known that machine wasn’t working either. Took forever to get replaced with a sundae so my burger and chips were almost cold and missing some of the ingredients. Sorry guys but you need to train your staff better so they recognise when something isn’t right.

10/10 my friend said the mcbites were delicious, freshly cooked, and just what she needed before work. Personally, I don’t really like maccas but she said they were good and the sound of her eating it over the phone seemed great.

This is with out doubt the worst McDonalds in the Bay. Food is 100% served cold. I have never ever in the 16 years I’ve been in the bay ever had hot food served. I’m sure if a health inspector did thier job this place would be shut. This has nothing to do with the people who work thier as they all work very hard but has everything to do with training and maintaining the McDonalds standards for services delivered. The best McDonalds is in Marybourough it’s worth the extra 45 minutes and fuel at least you know you will be served hot McDonalds burgers and fries or what ever hot meals you order. Marybourough McDonalds gets a 5/5 review

Every table was filthy, rubbish was strewn across the floors. All the bins were overflowing with rubbish and all the glass windows had smears on them. I should have got takeaway as eating in the car park would have been a better experience.

The chips were cold and hard and our two Big Macs had no onion, the meat was tasteless, the buns did not feel fresh and the lettuce was limp with brown bits! We had to pile on black pepper to get some flavour. It was quite busy and the staff were lovely. We also tried a Milo McFlurry and hinestly, that and the two fanta's were the highlight. We have decided we will not be regulars anymore, we will go elsewhere for a 'treat'

Was looked over by 3 staff before a manager (I think) asked if I was ok. Order yourself terminal not printing tickets so staff had no idea what order was mine. Yet another business where you have to do part of their job for them (self service) and pay full price. Burger came out cold as it sat for a few minutes before rest of my order came out, chips barely any salt and dry, drink over loaded with ice so 3-4 mouth full and it's was just bout finished. Amenities severely need maintenance toilet door no lock on it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, smelt of stale urine. Will never go back even if was offered a store voucher will wait till sizzler reopens.

I found what looks to be mold in my drink after ordering McDonald’s through door dash I am 25 weeks pregnant and hope to god this won’t affect me it’s disgusting

The outdoor dining area was a disgrace! School kids had overruled the whole restaurants dining areas and made an absolute mess. The manager should have moved them on or started cleaning so other customers can dine in.

In all countries, in such establishments, one order is prepared for no more than 3 minutes, which is why it is called fast food. However, in Australia, this is slow food, because here the order is made at least 20 minutes. In my opinion, it's time for the managers to take up their direct responsibility.

I’ve been busting my jocks all morning, scrambling to find a toilet at 8am on a Sunday. The Golden Arches are a sigh of relief, as I approach the cold air-conditioned doors of relief open up to greet me. I scramble my way to the toilet as Franklin the turtle rears his head. I sit down and find McDonalds toilets have saved me once again. I suddenly feel a familiar cold chill down my spine, as if I had just walked in the front door again. I peer to where the toilet paper should be, empty. I frantically scramble to find a newspaper, notebook or anything, nothing.. I pack my trouser up knowing he inevitable clean up i have to deal with when I get home. I wash my hands, attempt to dry only having the hand dryer breathed its last breath well prior to me and leave, defeated but appreciative. You can’t win them all.

25 minutes wait for 4 happy meals. Is this normal for "fast food" I won't be bringing my family back. Don't recommend if you have hungry kids

Manager Paige tonight was absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately we received our meals wrong via Uber eats, even on a very busy night like tonight she was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves as a great manager!

Came in after a long night with my family just for some food and had the worst experience. We got told we had to leave in 15 minutes while ordering which was okay, we get the order after 5 minutes and one of the vanilla cokes are just soda water. After going back in for a proper drink we come outside to sit down for 10 minutes and the lady says we have to leave which we said okay that's all good then went to the car to eat in the cold. Get to the car the other vanilla coke is just soda water and we couldn't go back in unless it was drive thru so we just threw it away. Start eating our chips and they are that stale and hard that we could snap them like a stick. All of the food was cold and it was overall just a waste of money. We had orders 119 and 120. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

They should not serve, what they wouldn't consume themselves. Yes it's maccas. Yes it's fast food. But it's still a food service, and they need to provide consumable food, on every occasion, Not hit and miss. Not cold, shriveled double fried chips nor Hard burgers that have sat that long that the wrapper then becomes a part of the burger. Quality needs to be on level every shift.

This place is absolutely disgusting 😤 floors are filthy, seats are taped up. Workers turn taps on and walk away, walk past the tap numerous times and just leave it running. The place is a mess.

Been a few times to this location, very hit and miss. Sometimes comes out great, everything we ordered present, other times things are missing or not correct. Not due to time of day as have ordered at different times of day with mixed results too.

Went to McDonald's urangan first which was closed so I looked up whether pialba was open. It said it was open on maps and the mcdonalds website. Drove over but was told they can't serve me because the system is updating and to come back later. Will not be coming back

$4.50 for a 600ml water. Rip off. Woolworths sell the exact same cold cool Ridge water for $2.35 and this greedy giant charges amount stated above. Over 120% profit. Fries are always luke warm and soggy.

Your staffs customer service is extremely poor. The lady on the front counter was extremely rude and poor mannered to me and my partner and every other customer she served. She made the whole ordering experience quite miserable. Think I’ll go back to ordering hungry jacks or travelling the whole way to urangan for McDonald’s. This occurred at 3pm on the 2nd of September . The staff members name was nickola. She should really learn how to be respectful
