I will say it's a must try place in erlangen Freshly brewed beer tastes fantastic. it's a ❤️ option for wheat bier

It was a very unique experience drinking their specialized beer in this place with its beautiful view and nice atmosphere in the garden. The beer was heavier than other beers I've tried in other parts of Germany and enjoyed it a lot.

You should visit this wonderful brewery when visiting Erlangen. Delicious food, beer, service, atmosphere, everything is the best. However, the store is very crowded...

Great beer and good place to hang out… didn’t get to try any food there but beer itself was good reason to give the rating :-)… and yes also the staff, very kind, atleast the server who was serving us … Prost !!!

Amazing beer and food. Good in winter and really good in summer enjoying the beer garden. It's really nice ro have a nice brewery in the city center.

I visited my friends who were hanging out there yesterday. It was a horrible night, because one of the waiter came and started talking to us in a very disrespectful way. He asked only us to leave the space as we were foreigns but all the other tables that were Germans didn’t bother! My friend bought a big bottle of beer and payed more money of course to hang out there, but no-one told him that it was takeaway, after taking a seat they started being aggressive and asking to leave the place! Racist and materialistic place! Don’t go there if you aren’t German or rich! Craziest part! All the waiters wanted to start fights with my friends and calling them to f words and to f off 🤦🏼‍♀️

Think I'm being charitable with three stars but it's a brewery and sure popular the night we were there. Don't understand why aside from the very cute Biergarten with lots of nice touches. Unfortunately, one of them is not good beer. We tried two and both were about as tasteless as we've had in Franconia. If the food had been good, I could have forgiven the beer but my Bratwurst was the driest I've ever eaten. My wife had a reheated baked potato, which was also dry. Maybe it was an off night but a baked potato and Bratwurst aren't hard to make.

Food and drink are always on point. There is a new beer about every month, and they can fill up growlers for you.

Local brewery that brews great quality beer. The service is friendly and quick. If you come for food be aware that there is no food on the menu of the restaurant. You have to wait in line for typical German fast food in the local Schnellimbis.

Steinbach's Storchen beer and Berg beer are the two beer that I think every beer fan should try. These beers are one of the best beer in the world (personally my favorite). The only negative is that during winter I do not feel cozy to stay inside at Steinbach. But again in summer they have an amazing open space with benches to drink outside.

Must try if you are in Erlangen and love beer. The classic beer is ultimately smooth, also they have a beer of the month. Food options are quite diverse, so no worries for even vegetarians. You can have only beer even. Nice set up outside too. So I share some photos of outside.

I love this place. We go there whenever any occasion comes. The brewery produces a nice variety of beers and the atmosphere is to kill for. We grab a beer and chill with friends. It is a really nice place to hang out with friends in this cozy little university town.

Steinbach Bräu Erlangen is a brewery where you can spend an amazing evening together with work colleagues, friends and last but not least with family. In a brewery environment, you can taste, in winter or summer, the specific Bavarian regional delicacies and the absolutely extraordinary draft beer. In the summer you can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere with lights, in the summer garden. Very nice place. Cool atmosphere. Has a small TV in the restroom which is funny. But the fries were too salty. Three other people were there with me and also had fries and everyone said there was too much salt in them.
