We booked a room at this hotel during the very hot summer season specifically because it shows that the rooms have air conditionning (on the website and booking dot com) so we can have a good night of sleep. As it turns out the hotel TURNS OFF POWER TO A/C UNITS DURING THE NIGHT (23h-07h) !!!!!! Nowhere is this indicated, and it was also not indicated when we checked in !! No one is available at the front desk during the night so we had to sweat throughout the night and finally got a little bit of sleep when the A/C came back at 7AM !! When we inquired about the issue, we found out about the automated shutdown, and were told we can just leave the window and front door of the room open to get some fresh air !! I couldn't believe what I heard; and they still wanted us to pay full price for the room !! This practice is really deceptive. The food served at the restaurant doesn't justify the high price of the dishes: our pasta dish has absolutely zero taste, and served as a sticky stack of uneven pieces of pasta; the cordon bleu was served overfried by istelf sliding in a white plate and tasted the same as a microwave-reheated dish. Overall this place was a complete disappointment.

Wir haben direkt beim Hotel gebucht, das können wir nur empfehlen. Ging reibungslos und da bleibt das Geld beim Hotelier alleine, anders als bei Buchungsplattformen. Wir hatten ein 3 Bett Zimmer welches liebevoll eingerichtet wurde. Gastgeber sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ausreichend vorhanden und abwechslungsreich. Auch Kinder finden etwas zum Essen.😌 Immer wieder gerne würden wir dort ein Zimmer beziehen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Grüße aus Thüringen

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen über das Wochenende in der Blume. Die Zimmer sind hervorragend, neu und modern eingerichtet. Der Service ist super, alle sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist prima und schmackhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Preis ist vielleicht ein bisschen hoch, wir hatten aber unseren Hund dabei und haben dafür keinen Aufpreis bezahlt. Ganz klare Empfehlung von mir, würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Wir waren zu zweit zum Essen dort. Ein sehr nettes gemütliches Lokal. Mit einem ganz tollen Service und super leckerem Essen. Wir kommen wieder.

Waren Geschäftlich unterwegs. Zimmer waren sauber und Modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war Lecker und für jeden was dabei. Netter und Freundlicher Gastgeber. Gerne wieder.
