Professional truck drivers check this place out! We stayed our 10hrs here and met extremely friendly staff upon entering. There is a separate driver's entrance. Very clean, good smelling bathrooms. They don't advertise showers but they are one of the best we have seen in the nation. Large room, large shower, plenty of hot water and very clean. Plenty of parking and room to stretch your legs. One washer ( temp. out of order) and dryer. Would be a great restart stop!

Cashier Jennifer old lady like a 45 or 50 year white woman was very bad attitude and screaming in my face when I'm asked if I can get coffee if I put more in 50 gallons in my semi truck, she was rude and unprofessional.

Wondered why there was truck parking late at night. The shelves look like they’ve been robbed. Casey’s had the best sandwich shop but now it’s premade, in a case. Premade, in a case is for people who can’t wait. Guess I’ll go wait at Love’s with all the other truck drivers.

This Casey’s place is always an absolute mess. The people at the register don’t want to work. Employees stand around with a line growing longer and longer. I paid for 2 showers. 1 for myself and teammate. The gal said there would be a wait one of them to be cleaned. Okay that’s fair. The very next guy behind me came up and paid for a shower and she gave him a key. What is that? Why tell me there is a wait for the showers to be cleaned, and then immediately give the guy behind me a key for a clean shower? Poor customer service. Fix your stores and employees.

Service is friendly and helpful! Great location right off the interstate. There is always lots of choices for Breakfast items to grab before work. Great "Grocery store" to grab a few items if you don't have time to run to newton for a grocery store - yes - priced higher but you pay for convenience and time! Excellent sandwich bar at lunch - Rose is an amazing sandwich artist!!! Lines can be long but Counter help is always smiling and very nice!

The men's restroom has been out of soap and paper towels for the last two days. Also they have had a broken urinal for months. It leaves me to wonder how there staff is washing there hands after using the rest room. I have stopped here for years today will be my last stop.. General manager needs to get the store in shape or be replaced ..
