One Of the best hotel in the town. Loved my stay at the hotel.

Hi, if you want to rest in more European like fashion, this is right place to do so. I came after motorcycling through the mountains all wet through. The guard on parking lot helped me with my bag and everything and shown me to the reception. The room was spacious with balcony. The TV has had even Miracast! The personel was super helpfull and cared for me. I had a good biryani for a dinner and sisha and beer by the pool afterwards. Got a free breakfast too.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Smarak enroute to Kathmandu. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, the restaurant was excellent and the staff were very welcoming and professional. Would highly recommend staying here👍

I checked in late. Was excited about the new property in Hetauda. But disappointed by the customer service. Nobody cared about our multiple heavy luggages that we dragged from the parking to the room. Nobody smiled and nobody greeted us. The guy who checked us in had apparently no training and ideas about the hospitality business. Compared to the price and expectations, it was little bit disappointing. Such hotels only spend on buildings and rooms, they don’t spend on training and Human Resources. Eventually it will be a mistake. I may have different impression next time, but this time it was not as pleasant as expected. Wish them a good luck.

I had my best stay at hotel smarak..the service was excellent and fast..all staff were honest and polite..the food was delicious..specially chicken hangama and cocktails were awesome❣️

Stunning hilltop retreat 5km from Hetauda offers warm service, local food gems like Dhindo & Kaliz masu (request in advance!), and spacious amenities - seminar hall, party hall, ample parking & even a lift. Rooms are comfy but 3-star, and the pool's a winter no-go. Overall, a peaceful base with friendly staff & breathtaking views, but needs a touch of luxury upgrade in rooms & pool info transparency. Recommend!

Had a nice stay, hospitality was great and above all there is a charging facility (not fast) available for EV ... Definitely recommend this place will visit again when I am in Hetauda.

Hotel is good. We can have quite good expirence. Parking, conference hall available too....only issue is taste of food available over here and it can be improved

I had a great experience with the Hotel Smarak. location is quite and chill. impressed with lobby area ambience. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. Swimming pool area is favourite for gathering and celebration.
