Got woken up other guests talking about her new iPhone, tea is 150, room was 4000, ended up moving across the road to a different hotel with same quality of room and it was 4100 for three rooms, I have stayed at the avocado three times in the last five years both previous stays have been fantastic but with the increase of price by about 250% the value just isn't there anymore so unless you need a convention hall I'd recommend anywhere else

Worst service. I once left my charger of 33 watt in this hotel. The charger was expensive.i am from rupandehi. I even sent a person I recieve a charger but the hotel didn't gave the charger .worst hotel experience the network of the hotel was to slow

Stayed at hotel avocado for two days with friends.Had the most amazing time. Everyone from housekeeping ,to the chef, managers couldn’t have been more accommodating nothing was too much trouble . Cant wait to stay there again 👍

Please read my review all before booking this hotel It doesn’t deserve even 1 star If there is 0 star I will like to choose 0 star -Firstly first impression is very bad Lady at reception was really rude and don’t know how to treat customer . -Secondly they charge above 3500 per room but facility is 0 which was for deluxe room -Hot water doesn’t work During shower water force is very very low took almost hours to shower -Bed was really small for deluxe room -Third there was cockroaches and insect inside room After all I came down and talk with receptionist about problem but they don’t care about customer so we have to left the hotel at the middle of night I don’t remember receptionist lady name but she wore Apple Watch on her hand .. Doesn’t recommend at all.. Very very bad experience this place

Avocado resort is one of the oldest resorts in the town with a very good capacity of holding guests and providing ample space to organise any events in the town . The staff members were very friendly and cooperative. The hotel is easy to locate in google map as well as we can take help from localites to reach the place. The ambience is good and the atmosphere is very alluring. The rooms are furnished and are equipped with essential amenities. The green environment in the background adds cherry to the cake. The price is a bit expensive but taking service into consideration is worth it

By far the best hotel in Hetauda. The food is good, the rooms ate so much better after the refurb, and the price is also very good.

The rooms were overpriced. The service was okay. At the current room price they could have easily included breakfast at least. The food at their restaurant were decent but overpriced. Overall experience was okay. They can do much more better at the price they are charging us. Hope they'll improve something when we visit them next time.

Located within the city of Hetauda. Enough space for events. Rooms are good enough. Prices are reasonable. One can stay comfortably when in hetauda. 👍

4 star for room. I was alone and had two beds in a room. Obviously 1 didn't use one bed to sleep but i use it to keep my stuff. When I requested to clean my room, everything was cleaned but the bed unused was kind of messy. As for food, lassi came with different taste each time I ordered it 😂. Jhol chicken momo have tomato soup in it which I actually liked it. I liked in when in veg khana set they gave bamboo shoot.

Renowned hotel with well designed restaurant. AVOCADO hotel is well known to most of the people who visit Hetauda. Recently they have added few more outdoor garden restaurant service. Hospitality, test and environment are better improved. They need to add better wash rooms.

Rooms have bad smell, toilet also always having bad smell, the outside is good, the inside is not, too noisy from the early morning, kids running in the corridor, and maintenance work, we have no other choice but to stay there, the lady on the reception was very friendly and smiling all the time, she was the only thing good in this place 😊. We arrives on Friday night, they had a party at the Avocado restaurant, enjoyed the nepalese songs and they put Arabic songs for us as well. People are very friendly.
