Not as good as expected

This place it's the most horrible hotel I have stayed in Nepal, attitude of the staff and the owner of this place is worse. They don't treat people well. Room taps doesn't work proper,no invorters during power cut. Customer service and hospitality zero in this hotel.

Good new setups everything is well managed. The owners perception towards customer service is very clear. He really value the guest. Rooms are wide and full of all amenities. Food are fresh and will take your special order too. Prime location on the way to Kathmandu 50m ahead of bhatbhateni superstore.
