This McDonald's is really well laid out. I would only say that the ordering stations should move a bit because when you walk in there's a queue at the door which hinders a person a bit. Otherwise nice and clean with friendly staff. Great for a short stop over and an ice cream. There is also a coffee station where you can purchase cakes and tarts etc. On a sunny day there is seating available outside as well. The atmosphere is mostly parents with their children and youngsters out on the town.

Very efficient service. Inside and outside tables. Inside has very nice air conditioning and tables are all clean with sanitizer in various places.

This drive thru is always full when I go there so sometimes it is faster to park and go inside. The staff are working hard to turnaround the food and the quality doesn't suffer.

Terrible service... always having system issues ... always a long line in the drive thru . Worst McDonalds ever .

I had made my order at 19:06 and it is now 19:44 and I still have not gotten my order. I am extremely disappointed in this service and I expect a fast food restaurant to be fast. There have been people who ordered after me and still got their meal orders! This type of service is unacceptable and I would not recommend.

Sadly this establishment haven't had ice for a while. So no iced coffee or any cafe drinks with ice. The food is pretty good though. Make sure to check your order when going through the drive through because the last couple times sometimes was missing from the order. The staff is always nice.

Good, friendly service, every time I visit these guys. I prefer this branch, in comparison to one, at the Mall at Reds. The stand out for this branch is their commitment. I went there to ask for my referral code for my app, to send to friend's and family. The manager didn't waste time telling me she didn't know, but what followed was unexpected. She said, "I'll find out and get back to you, and she did. She didn't get back to me, in the time she promised and as a gesture of goodwill, she gave me a McFlurry free of charge. Now that's going the Extra Mile...

I recently discovered this McDonald’s…. It does get busy early morning in the drive through but the food and service is good. Also love the location and the free parking, would definitely recommend.

It's a convenient place to visit if you live in the area. There is lots of parking available. The drive-thru is usually fast. It does get extremely full on pay-days but that's expected, the queue still moves relatively well and they'll have a security guard assist if the queue gets too long. The indoor area is spacious and airy. The only issue I have had is with the R10 menu items, they're prepared VERY POORLY, they exclude onions and other garnishing items and the sauce is usually barely there so they're EXTREMELY DRY and not worth buying at all. The rest of the regular menu items are fine.

Bad service ,very disappointed had to wait 30 mins for my order and they still got my order wrong ..

So far they make the food well. Service is good, but there are times it could be improved

I will never visit this McDonald's again! They messed my order up and then told me that I would need to pay in. Because I did not have cash on me, I was told to Park my car and walk back to the first window to pay in the R20. When I asked to speak to manager, the lady told me she was the manager and if wanted my food I need to go back. When I got there the Lady had no idea why I was there. I told her the manager sent me to pay in because they messed up the order and she tells me but she is the manager. Turns out they had 3 different managers on duty and the customer service still sucked! They were not even busy that day...

One of the busiest McDonald's I know. With that being said, there are times you go here and wait over 30 minutes at the drive through and by the time you order they do not have everything on the menu available.

Poor service all together, you wait very long for your food. Sometimes it feels like they have forgotten that you did order food and/or they are actually at work

Mcdonald is the slowest food court drivers will have to pile inside waiting for orders while they are a lot of them inside running for nothing all Mcdonald are slow in their services

Drive Thru really takes long, fresh fries have to be demanded. Sitting area inside is good because it’s a newly built restaurant. I received a short order once too. Would recommend rather go to Reds McD.

One of the busiest McDonald's in Centurion especially at the drive through section. Clean interior space with decent Covid protocols!
