It used to be 5 stars review, but the owner changed? A cheapskate is making this place into a shadow of what it used to be: I would not go back!!! EVER!! Smaller portions, and they are super expensive for less!! Horrible service! And it’s absolutely not the same food, flavor wise…. The new owner sits in the front tables to count his money and do his office work , yes 2 tables tables as customers are standing and eating… It used to be The very Best Shawarma and Falafel place in NY! The pictures are of the old times, now I was so mad, that I didn’t take pictures…. Cut everything in half and NO REAL PITA BREAD, they make something… ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! 0 stars if I could!

Good food. Good prices! Really nice Rabbi who took our order. They also have this pastrami and shwarma mix. That concept is new to me but quite tasty!

Shawarma was delicious. The laffah was on point authentic and delicious. All the salads were great. The charrif was perfect, perfect amount of spice (nice kick.) The drink choices are great, I had a delicious drink made in Italy. The guys worked quickly, got my order super fast. Clean atmosphere. I highly recommend. A+++++++++

First time I go there to try the food I filled sorry I wanted there I order pastrami the give you 3 pcs only and all fats 90 % fats i can't finish the sandwich i through the rest in the garbage will never go back there and the put only 3 pcs of the pastrami i filled sorry I go there . it is to much for them 1 star

Nice and clean with good food and service. Priced similar to other Israeli grill spots in the area. The Shawarma is really recommended!

The menu is classic for a Mediterranean grill but what sets this place apart is the execution. Everything is so well done. The schwarma is the best in the neighborhood, flavorful and not to greasy. The Schnitzel is moist and well seasoned, even the fries are unusually good. Really impressed, easy to see why it's so popular.

Got the food delivered and picked it up barley a minute later and it’s absolutely cold as can be. Not warm in the slightest. It didn’t taste terribly bad but eating a cold shwarma is not what I have in mind when I think of a shwarma.

Ordered baby chicken overall was OK except I found some part you can't chew they didn't clean it well I am guessing...when I left it was OK but a few hrs later I started to understand I did an mistake I went there and I spent few good hours in the bathroom. You should make sure you serve food that doesn't have any hazard and risk to your customers.

If there was 0 stars I would do that. Was denied service because I had an outside beverage in my hand but pretty sure it was because I was black. It really tested my patience. Wont step foot in there again

Not sure what happened here but the food does not taste like it used to. Started watering down to tahini the shawarma has no flavor and bits and pieces of it are raw.

Top tier flavored food Top tier savings by owners on staff, portion size , atmosphere and inventory. Half the menu unavailable in store all avail online Portions are embarrassing, can open a restaurant at the rate that your charging. Normally you get what you pay for, instead they get paid you get something. Thanks Wont be back

Best food ever shawarma is unbelievable

Hands down the best shawarma in laffa with all different fresh salads , hummus and tehina I have ever eaten anywhere (including Israel ) !!!!!!! Portions are generous and beyond tasty. I can’t say enough about this great place. Run - don’t walk to get the best food ever 👏👏

The food is amazing and that's what keeps me coming back to the place. Portions are very generous However I have learned to order online and pick up, at night, when the crowd is less. The lines to order are not organized at all and it is a tight space so best not value your personal space here
