Really nice place to go for a walk, the moderate path can be very muddy if it's rained recently! But the easy walk isn't too bad & you can do it twice if you want to walk so more! Only downside is the parking is very small! And there is no one where really else close by to park! Apart from that really nice!

Great place for walk and dogs, small carpark maybe 10 cars tops, wear wellies muddy. Carpark like the battle of the Somme (holes)

Nice woods and a good sized walk, very popular with dog-walkers. Small car park can get busy and there are no overflow options when full. No amenities (eg toilets/picnic tables/coffee shops) - that may be a plus or minus depending on your point of view! A locals spot rather than a tourist attraction I'd say.

An excellent place to take your dog, especially if the dog is good off lead. Mine had a fabulous time rooting through the undergrowth. There is a hard surfaced path so you don't need wellies and other tracks that you can wander around more within the woods.

Absolutely love this wood it’s peaceful and full of beautiful wildlife and trees. Unfortunately dog poo is everywhere, me and my partner took our little boy there today and within 10 minutes we all had poo on us. It was on the path in the grass and hanging in the trees. I’m sorry but if you can’t clear up after your dogs don’t take them.

Nice walk through woods, car park was a bit small and full up but we managed to park on the side of the entrance road. Trails were clean and well kept, would definitely visit again.

A beautiful woodland area which is well managed. Main pathways are kept clear through the year there are lots of pathways to explore throughout the woods. Brilliant for dog walks though be careful at the back there is sometimes livestock in the field. An hour or so will allow you to do a good circuit

Lovely small woods with two different trails to follow. Great for kids or even just a wander in the woods. Parking is limited and is just off of the main road. Free to enter

Found this thanks to Google. Great place to walk the dog on a rainy day. Trees give you cover and paths are good.

Brilliant place for walking the dog, playing hide and seek with the grandchildren and having picnics, together with blackberry picking (in season of course). Parking can sometimes be a bit tight, depending on the time of day you go. At the weekends it can get very busy.

Our first time here was, enjoyable, social and relaxing. Lovely fresh air - not muddy even after a recent deluge if you stick to the more managed paths. We'll definitely visit again

Beautiful woodland, excellent for a dog walk! So many paths to choose from so you can have as short or long a walk as you like. So lovely and peaceful all year round.

👍👍 A lovely and well maintained park. Nice area for kiddies perfect for toddlers. Also a large sick pond and water fountain. There’s a lovely little cafe with toilets; but cash only! Would definitely recommend.
