This location is pretty much busy all the time and opens till 2 am during the week and 3 am on weekends, which is a good convenience for the community. Staff is nice, Havana-cuban style when approaching any customer's complaint. I haven't had any words with any of them other than taking order and paying for my food but food is good overall except when they tell you that they don't have in stock what you've asked for.

Make sure you look at your 4 for $4 with the bacon jr cheeseburger to make sure they gave you bacon. I cant stand this Wendy’s location but it was the closest to my house at this time. Their service is horrendous and their quality of food is just about the same. I don’t know how management or even corporate cares about this. The little bit of times I do go to a Wendy’s, it is never this location. Please save yourself from the ghettoness

I was picking up a delivery order on Friday morning and I witnessed the employee at the drive-thru window throwing food and fluids at a customer who was sitting in their vehicle alongside the window as well as yelling at them. I am never coming here again as I don't want to deal with being physically assaulted by that Barbarian of an employee.

The food was good, but the only problem was that there was sauce in the floor, and then this girl with these fifth graders being like her bodyguard. She then said she had a third hand, which meant she was cheating, and left the place. Overall, Number 8 was good, but that experience was really bad.

Terrible service unqualified staff I stayed 10 minutes in the drive thru and no one took my order, I go to the window and tell them I'm there ready to order and the silence continues. I had to leave without my food after waiting a little longer .

I’ve been to numerous Wendy’s around the country. This one is one my favorites. They always get my order correct. They people working the drive through are nice.

Horrible service wrong close time wouldn't even let me order after I rode half an hour on a bicycle to get there when they had still 15 minutes left till they were supposed to close all in all I'll do not recommend coming here very horrible place

Food is good but there is not one time where they actually get my order right in this location.

Not the first time this happens, placed mobile order and they forgot to include spicy nuggets. In other occasions I’ve ordered nuggets and got less pieces than the ordered amount. Done with this location 👎

With the low bar that fast food sets, this one managed to slide under it. Cold, soggy food, and a staff member who wanted to party with their friends rather than take an order. And if you want what you ordered, you had better speak Spanish.

I ordered and paid for, 4 medium Biggie Bag Combos and I was given all small combos. Also, the store did not have Ghost Pepper Sauce.

Don't bother ordering off the menu. They never get it right especially the night shift.
