I have been coming here for several years now, and every time I come there are improvements to the building. I am always greeted with a smile by the staff and the other patients that are already there. The staff is friendly and very professional. Usually the wait is no more than 20 minutes to see the doctor. But the real reason I go is because Dr. Ivan Carrera is super knowledgeable and can relate to what I do for a living. I love going here. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I hate needles (yes even as an adult) and they always make sure to distract me and laugh with me while drawing blood. Its the attention to amazing customer care that really sets them apart from other places. The doctor is beyond patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. The wait time is always minimal and they have been extra careful during covid. Never going to another PCP.
