This company canceled on my niece’s 1 year old birthday party today (1/28) on the day of the party stating he doesn’t have a driver to bring the animals only a few hours before the party 😡. They have a reputation of same day cancellations/ no-shows (see all past reviews). And he will comment that he “Doesn’t know who we are”. Trust me he know very well who we are! Very disappointing. Very unprofessional. Not trustworthy. He said his driver went to the ER which we understand, but you as a business owner must do what it takes to get the job done. Every entrepreneur knows that! Book with them if you don’t mind being disappointed the day of your event at your own risk.

When I was reading all the reviews online I was so skeptical about renting the ponies and the animals. However, I was glad that I rent them. They were on Time and the ponies was very nice. Exactly what I asked. Thank you guys for making my daughter birthday so special.

Today was my 3 year old grandson and they were supposed to bring the ponies at 2 pm. I was calling them and calling them and they didn't answer their phone but after 1 hour of calling them, I called from another phone and they answered. He didn't even cancel and he said that he will return the money but he ruined the party. This company is a disgrace and not professional at all. He couldn't care for anything. I just saw that this is not the first time that they do this. They need to be sued.

This company was used for Mid Cape Summer fest, they were very professional, and supplied everything that was promised and more. Ulises was very supportive in making sure that everything was going as planned. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you to you and your team!!!

Very unprofessional.... We paid for them to come, they said we had to call and confirm,(we had this planned weeks before) why didn't they call??? My son and his friends missed the ponies because they honestly forgot about us and tried to put the blame on us. Dont deal with them... They will make excuses and not handle the situation correctly ! Then they were trying to give us a problem with the refund... Because they messed up and didn't show up .. please go to another company that cares!!! I've read on other reviews people complain and they respond with excuses. Can't they just say sorry and they messed up?!? Paid but no one showed up... Thanks for ruining the main thing for my son's birthday ....

Amazing experience with memories that won’t be forgotten! We had such a great interaction prior to booking. The ponies are so cute!!! What a unique detail to have their hair colorful. The ponies arrived early and were so calm that the kids weren’t afraid. We did an hour which was enough for 16 kids. Other parents were impressed and got the number also so I’m sure they’ll be booked so call in advance.

I rented ponies for my daughters birthday party 3/11/23 Ulises is very professional he came a few minutes before the scheduled time to set up for the kids I will definitely rebook with this company thank you!

They were on time, definitely will be booking again in the future for my kids birthday parties.

One of the employees, if not the owner is a thief. Steals peoples physical property even if you are kind. Would not trust around your kids or around your belongings as he was caught on camera stealing an expensive item.

One of the best experiences that my niece had. They were very professional, came on time, and went above and beyond. The animals were well taken care of and the ponys were amazing. Definitely will be using him in the future

My daughter had her party on May 29 party rentals with Piney ran over supposed to show up they never showed up we receive a call after attempting to call them several times no answer straight to voicemail finally got a hold of someone via text and they let us know that they had broken down on the side of the road and he was saying another driver to come with the ponytail the party never showed up they are scams very disappointed with them They caused damage to a very special person I have very special day advise no want to use this company they are very very unprofessional and they are scams

Saw Fairytale Pony Rental set up in Crandon Park. The fenced in areas for the animals were mostly in direct sunlight without water troughs for the animals. The animals were all crowded together in the one small piece of shade. An agitated pig was attacking a sheep and no caretaker was seen taking care of these animals.

I visited Crandon Park and had a great time with the ponies. Ivette was amiable, professional, and very knowledgable about the all the farm animals. My children had a blast with the donkey. We will be coming back again!!!

I want to thank Ulises and Andrew for saving my party after All Miami Party Rental ruined it. You guys went above and beyond and i will be forever be greatful. If anybody wants to have a successful and amazing experience hire this company. My daughter was super duper happy. Thank you!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Ulises Marino is a swindler and scam artist! I initially booked a pony rental from another company. But reached out to fairy tail pony rental because their website had adorable ponies. A gentleman by the name of Ulises Marino called me back and gave me a entire story on how I should book with him even though his prices were doubled because other pony rental companies often book and not show up and how he has been around for 12 years and other companies have been copying him and he’s the best I town. It was my daughters 5th birthday and all she wanted was ponies so I ageeed and cancelled the previous company and went with his. I confirmed the night prior and he said all was well we were set. Day of the party he was not there at the time we agreed on I had to reach out to him. He only replied after i threatened to report him to the bbb. He had someone show up 5 1/2 hours later to my toddlers party on a school night and wouldn’t let the ponies come out unless paid in cash. This company is a disgrace and ruins birthdays whatever you do do not book with them! Their ponies were tired and hungry and thirsty. I felt terrible even using them hours later I the dark for my child’s birthday. I had to give the fruits and water for them to loonlice ir was incredibly heart breaking and I will be reporting them to PETA. I repeat do not ruin your child’s day and use this pitiful company!

We hired s Florida pony party service for my 3 year old party . We ordered the petting zoo and 2 unicorn ponies. They arrived on time, very professional , the animals looked well taken care of and very friendly with the children . Highly recommend !! We will certainly use them again
