First of all don’t order online if you do your gonna regret it. They say on their web page 3 days for zelle pay, 7 days for finance and 15-30 with credit card.I financed. It took them over 1 month to get my Cuban link chain after me calling all they would say my order was in process. I ordered a 120g chain and was sent a 117g chain in the mail. That’s not the worst thing about my experience. The chain is poorly made doesn’t even hang straight and it kinks up in 2 different areas. So save your money and buy somewhere else. I know Florida has a lot of jewelry stores close by. Here’s the photo of my chain
