What a GREAT restaurant Revamp looks fantastic The Hake and chips is a must and the Camembert Pizza is so Delicious with more than enough cheese on it. The cocktails are very refreshing, have a couple with your meal, you will not regret it. And to round it all off try the Lindt mouse, this desert is Delicious. And what makes the experience even more special is the great service from the staff and managemet.

The staff are friendly and super welcoming with the waiter even making jokes which was refreshing. The food- just wow. The plate is absolutely stacked! I had the Haus Schnitzel(fried pork chops topped with shrimp and mushroom sauce with a side of spätzle(german pasta/macaroni)), the spätzle was absolutely divine and I would definitely recommend trying this German dish, especially with cheese. The eisbein was perfect, the meat was practically falling off of the bone! Pizza had the perfect thin crust with ample cheese and bacon. The fish was good. The garlic snail starter was really nice. I’d definitely recommend eating here! You get more than value for money! The atmosphere was nice but I couldn’t really feel a specific vibe. It felt kind of bland on the side that we were sitting but if you come here with your family or friends I’m sure the mood could easily be set- which is good.

Munchner Haus has excellent service with outstanding food. The starters of carpaccio and deep fried camembert were to die for. The crispy eisbein was the best ever and the generous portion of pork schnitzel with spatzle was absolutely delicious. All washed down with a large draft beer. It is highly recommended.

The waters are very friendly and they know their menus, and give suggestions on the food.

Rather dark interior. But the food is great, value for money and large portions. Very worth a visit. Every table has two types of mustard perfect for the dishes on the menue.

Great atmosphere. Very European, and of course the food is exceptional and very very well Priced.

Unfortunate experience had a hair in my food but they were very kind offered to replace the meal and removed it from the bill. Very pleasant waiters

The new upgrade of the Munchner Haus is not a German restaurant anymore it is a sports bar and very cold atmosphere. Got no character. We have been going to this restaurant very often in the 4 years we have been in Margate and very disappointed in what the upgrade will become.

If you are curious about good quality Germany cuisine and want to try it, this is NOT the place to go. Why still 2 stars? The texture of the Eisbein meat was good, but everything else was very disappointing.

This pub has on my wish list for a long time. Good service & a great looking menu. The place is packed for Christmas Day is awesome.

Very nice. It looks very different on the inside as it does on the outside. Johan is an amazing waiter. The food was very good. Excellent pizza. I had my first eisbein and wasn't disappointed 😀😀
