    Well I have to say my experience was less then satisfactory, I went through the drive up window about 11:20 03/02/22 order the crispy fish. Two for 6.00 dollars, sat there for ten minutes, to end up with one sandwich that was hot as if it was just cooked and the other cold as if it had been sitting for sometime. Just think I made a special trip there for that. Next time I'll at least not go at that time of night, obviously they think a person will accept anything.

    Order #311 5/13/22 @ 10:31 PM I ordered brisket sandwich meal, got charged for drink, Large curly fries, I only received sandwich and drink — no fries. Asked for ranch sauces, got none. Asked to not put ice in drink, got ice. Tender sliders are litteraly a tender the thickness of my finger, almost breading itself. Brisket sandwich for $7 it's 3 thin slices of meat and sauce. All in all around $30 dollars for everything and it was literally nothing in that bag. This is a joke. You just lost a long time customer. Seems every time I came here there was always something wrong, one too many times. Mcdonalds down 95th St. Will have my business from now on.

    Gave them another chance after 3 mo hiatus. 15 dollars for a Greek gyros turkey wrap no fry drink ordered xtomato on wrap charged ,29¢ got one thing sliced piece what do u get if u don't order extra? Gyros xxsauce dry sand with no meat on it yes they got the meats cause they aren't giving them to customers. I will try back in 3 mos.

    I ordered through DoorDash & they canceled a whole meal from my order due to not being able to make a shake instead of replacing it with a soda as I requested. I also ordered a double beef n cheddar but was given a classic and was not given the sauce for the jalapeño poppers. I’ve previously had issue with order from this same location. They’re always forgetting things. I won’t make the mistake of getting anything from here again. I’d rather just take the time to go to the location on LaGrange to get a CORRECT order myself!

    I came to Arby’s because McDonald’s and Wendy’s were closed and Burger King takes too long when you order late nite. It was May 4 at 11:15pm. I ordered my food and parked by Jewels when I noticed I didn’t get any napkins in my bag. I then reached into my daughter’s napkin box and it was empty. I went back to the drive thru and told the guy working there (Nick) that he forgot to give me napkins. He said they were out of napkins?! Then I asked what about ketchup and sauce packets? He then closed the drive thru window and didn’t say anything. If this was my restaurant I would’ve went to the Jewel next door and bought napkins. I would never tell a customer were out of napkins. That’s embarrassing. I won’t be coming to this Arby’s anymore.

    Don’t go here! I placed an order in the app. When I got there they told me that they didn’t get the order. At the window I showed them the order. Then they told me that they gave it to someone else so I would have to wait for it to be made again. ( not the reason why I placed the order on line). I waited and when I got home it was the wrong order!

    Today I'll give all 5 stars because the nice employee was working the drive thru window today and didn't throw my bag at me. Plus I was greeted and didn't have to wait in line for a half an hour.

    I get to the drive thru and they ran out of chicken, I was told. Then there was a car behind me and in front of me, so Iwas stuck. They were slow. Waiting 10 mins for one car at the window.

    Arby’s really stands behind customer satisfaction, I had an issue with an order and contacted corporate, they got back to me like instantly,I briefly explained my experience and that made it right , I got a full refund and 2 meal tickets. Thanks again. I will continue to eat at Arby’s.

    They never have any items I want when I go there. I'm starting to think they're discriminating against me. That one crackhead redhead girl I think makes this place toxic. Burger King across the way is far better. I guess only eat here if you're one of the precious favored regulars and make sure you don't have short hair as a girl either.

    I ordered Ruben with crinkle fries. They gave me a burger with curley fries, and then they gave me Ruben with curley fries again. 3rd time, she throws throw fries to my bag. Fries where undercooked worst service ever

    I was honestly surprised and impressed. The employees were VERY friendly (far more so than I ever expect at a Chicago-area fast food place) and my compliments to them and management for cultivating a good customer service attitude. Food was pretty good—about what I expect at Arby’s. My kids enjoyed their kids meals and my beef and cheddar was a good portion if not a little over-sauced. Restaurant was very clean—as soon as another customer left the employees were out cleaning and sanitizing their table. Restrooms were also very nice inside. Overall a very nice experience. We will return!!

    This Arby's has got to have the nicest people around working here at the drive-thru, always efficient and personable. And every time I see that 🛑 sign in front of the this establishment covered with flowers it reminds me of how many people loved the Manager that was murdered in the parking lot, it was very sad 😢

    They don't follow their posted hours, so if you're going close to closing time just know they'll likely be closed early if they weren't busy previously. Edit: Arby's wants you to confirm they're open by calling, either they can't keep employees or thats their excuse for closing 10 minutes earlier. Either way I'm unlikely to head there because they may just randomly close.

    I like the fact you can use three coupons at once. The small chicken burgers are quite tasty. The service is quick and the prices reasonable. I never had any problems with the workers. I wish it was open a little later.

    I was just at the drive up I ordered 2 Ruebens a beef and Cheddar curly fries and Cheese sticks got home I was charged for beef and cheddar but did not receive the sandwich .Tried to call 2 x the phone kept ringing no one answered my number was #305 at 18:50. A manager should answer the phone.

    The best fast food service in the area by far. Friendly, fast and always correct. The food is always great. So many places are blaming poor service on Covid but this business has never lost a beat. Great job Arby's!

    Its arbys so it's always good, but at this location the night shift seems to forget things I order or they give me old fries. I asked for 2 sides of red ranch an she gave me a half pump in a little cup an closed the take out window. Its probably fine during the day but avoid at night.

    I love Arby's, I remember going with my dad as a kid. Now as a grown up the menu items have changed but always have their original roast beef classic. I really enjoy the mini sandwiches, the roast beef is so good and the buffalo chicken has become a favorite as well. I do miss the potatoe pancakes, those were ever so good. Hope they come back!

    Drive thru service was excellent, very friendly, polite. I probably would give it 5 stars but.... the fries were very bad. They weren't even warm. Tasted like they were made at lunch, or day-old fries that didn't even get warmed up. Hard, cold, just awful. So that's why I give only a 3, fries were nasty. Thought I'd give the chicken wrap a try. It was ok. Nothing wrong with it's just not for me.

    Started out nice. friendly woman behind the counter we get cold sandwiches 4 young kids in the back cooking talking aloud you could Hear them throughout the whole restaurant talking Just nonsense and about girls., and the older woman didn't even stop them. We got up and left.

    Stopped in for a quick bite while waiting for my bus. Friendly crew, fresh hot food, clean restaurant and restroom. 👍 Beef and cheddar was on point. Bun was fresh and meat was so good.

    Extremely dirty washroom garbage cans overflowing it's overflowing on a unbusy Sunday afternoon. Service was good though and food was decent was decent fries were a little cold though . The arby's on a 110th and Cicero is much better

    Staff didn't know how to ring up coupon, screwed it up, then ignored it hoping I wouldn't notice. Manager was helpful. It was not very busy, with staff standing around, and the dining area was a mess with food all over the floor and sauces and pop all over the counter.

    What a difference! Arby's stopped selling potato cakes a month ago. They are replaced with crinkle cut potatoes which are disappointing. They also sell curly fries which I don't like. My Arby's beef sandwich was the standard which is very good. I have been a devoted Arby's customer most of my life. Since they discontinued potato cakes, it will be very rare for me to go . I also got an order of the new chicken. It's fair. Arby's used to sell delicious crispy chicken. In my opinion, Arby's got rid of foods that made them special and they lost an old, life long customer.
