    This used to be my go to dunkin but recently that changed… There’s this pregnant employee that has the worst attitude ever towards EVERYONE for no reason. She messed up my cold brew which is okay. But when I asked to get it fixed she was so rude.

    Hello my name is Dean. I'm on again off again regular at this Dunkin' donuts not a big reviewer of places but this staff and their excellent service need to be recognized not only is all of the staff always polite friendly and helpful. There is one specific individual in Harris who brings it to the next level he has my coffee memorized my order greets me and has a real conversation not just a small talk exchange between employee and customer. Harris definitely has what it takes to be a manager and from the interactions we have I feel like he's a hard worker and really cares about customer service the story the employees overall there's more than five stars they get them all

    The employees at this location are trained to rip people off on the size ordered: 1- about 20 days ago I ordered a scoop of u r cream for $4.75.around August 24. Zain, the employee, gave me half the size of a scoop and acted in a negative way when I complained. 2/ Today, September 6, 2023. I order a medium iced coffee with no ice on the app. Mimi, the employee, gave me almost 2/3 of a coffee. When I complained, she responded and said that’s the way it is at this place when you order without ice. Her supervisor. Walleyed, agreed with that and when I told that they should have. a consumer disclosure about reducing the size of the order, he said that’s the way it is at this place. Dunkin customer service disagreed with what the employees says and I was told they w I’ll initiate a case.

    Again, 2 years later. And you guys still can't get any orders right. Coffee. In an unsweetened tea order. Mistakes once in a great while. Fine, stuff happens. Years of the same mistakes? Different mangers? And still the same results? If I took a shot for how many times you people messed up my orders over the span of 2 years, I'd be dead of alcohol poisoning. I stopped coming here entirely, and buy from the Starbucks down the street. More expensive, but at least they get my orders right.

    I ordered a small vanilla bean coolatta and i saw him making it with cream not milk!! I tried it and it was so bad and not sweet at all so I asked him to do it again to make sure it’s milk not cream, again and again it’s cream 🙂 when my husband told him it’s not as always he wanted to charge us for another cup then changed his mind. I’m working at dunkin I do it everyday and I know how it tastes like! You have to train your team guys.

    I came in today, July 14 at 10:25pm through the drive-through, and I wanted to order a Sundae ice cream 🍨 he’s like this is Duncan we don’t sell ice cream sundae and it’s not on the menu. I looked at the menu outside and it like it does say you sell Sundays here I was like what kind of flavors do you have and he’s ugly I have all 31 flavors with an added to and I ask him for the flavor he’s like I don’t have it Alize, so why are you tell me you have 31 flavors and we don’t have an ask them for another place that I don’t have it they have really bad attitude if they don’t wanna work, why do they come and if they’re having an attitude, why are they getting it out on other people worst service ever and then, when I get to the window, he has an attitude rolling his eyes we just drove away

    I attempted to purchase three scoops of ice cream in a cup. I ordered through the drive thru. After ordering the cashier stated it was $18 and change. I asked if she charged me for 3 scoops of ice cream in a cup. She stated, “yeah, you want 3 scoops of ice cream in a cup.”. I canceled my order. That price is ridiculous and I’m assuming she hit the wrong button. I can buy a quart for less. Avoid the afternoon employees. I was there at approximately 4:10pm on Juneteenth.

    The owner needs to check his night shift workers , 3 days in row their system down and they can't take orders , What really makes me laugh they charged me extra for caramel coffee if I want caramel in my coffee????!!!!!

    This Dunkin donuts is by far the best one you can possibly go to staying with every single person working there, but one in particular I think his name is Harris and I found out today he is leaving, this guy remembers our orders and had them for us every morning he recognizes our voices on the monitor unbelievable, and they're actually going to let him leave here not leaving because he found another job he's not leaving because he's going to school he's leaving because of the way he's being treated as a manager. You would think Dunkin would try to keep a dam good employee like this who makes them look like a place you want to go to a place that knows your name without even seeing you. You let me down Dunkin, I'm taking my business elsewhere and I buy 3 coffees a day

    I go here dang near every day. They always get my order right, are super helpful and courteous! I see Haris alot at the window, and he is very friendly and funny. Its really the only dunkin i ever go to.

    4:20 am 5/15/2023. After waiting in line for 10 minutes… the guy took my order but told me at the payment window that their oven is cleaning no hot food at the moment. Geez… there’s a long line of 5 cars behind me… perhaps they should consider NOT TO clean the oven at this hour. I would suggest they clean their oven at 3am instead.

    Absolutely the worst dunkin ever. The goofy at the window tried to charge me for extra hot fudge when I ordered a hot fudge sundae. Told her that it already comes with hot fudge I just wanted it on the side cos sometimes they add too much. They are also always out of stuff or they’re “cleaning their ovens” When you order a sandwich it’s like they threw everything in the bag and called it a day.

    I come through the drive thru at least 3 times a week and order a med hot match latte and every time it’s only filled 3/4 of the cup! I am paying for a MEDIUM not a small!!!! I should be getting what I not only asked for - but for what I’m paying for!!!

    I am usually very specific on the coffee that I like. Are usually order a unsweetened hot French vanilla coffee with milk only. Unfortunately about eight out of 10 times when I come to Dunkin’ Donuts. They get my order wrong. Not sure why it’s so complicated. But this location always gets it. Perfect. Thank you so much.

    Terrible Management, they forgot my coffee a week ago, I ordered the same cup of coffee every time I’m there, and when I mentioned it to the manager and staff, there was zero remorse, responsibility, or a good business sense. Only response I got was whether I “called the store” to report a missing coffee, the store number that never answers. Can’t support this Dunkin moving forward.

    Each time i come here it never disappoints. It's a bit further but to have delicious, and made right coffee the drive is worth it. The staff is very friendly. I recommend this dunkin over the others

    Everytime I place a mobile order and pick it up at this location, I hear the staff complaining about my order at the window. This has happened 3 times in a row now. They seem to have a problem with an order being placed and then picked up right away. I guess they want everyone ordering online while they're driving or, as I heard one guy say, order it before I leave my house. I guess he doesn't like his food fresh.

    Card reader was down at register. Ended up getting a refund for about three times what my large coffee was supposed to cost yesterday so clearly it went very wrong. Maybe bring cash if you're going here. The coffee was okay, not amazing.
