My hygienist, Kristin (spelling?) was excellent! Very knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. The process and protocols were detailed in a good way. They answered all my questions and advised conservatively for treatment. Enjoyed meeting the dentist on duty, can't spell her name. She was also comprehensive with great views for discussion from the X-rays. Nice facilities!

REVIEW: 2023-10-18 It is disheartening to see how this dentistry has changed over the past 8 years... from personable, patient,and considerate to a stone-cold, impersonal, assembly-line practice... it has lost the heart and soul that once made it special. I've waited a couple days to reflect on our experience before posting a review... I'm still kinda in disbelief. My son has cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair. We arrived for our 1:45 appointment on 2023-10-16, unloaded the wheelchair and had a bit of difficulty getting his legs to stand and transfer from car to chair. We get inside to check-in and are told we were 5 minutes late and could not be seen. Ironic, considering there is no problem if we have to wait 10 or 15 minutes before being called back for an appointment. But 5 minutes... really? I began taking my kids here 8 years ago, and the experience was phenomenal. They were able to overcame my kids fear of the dentist. They actually didn't dread having to go in for checkups and procedures. This practice once had heart and soul, but I fear this may have been lost in the interest of growth-progress-profit.

They took me as a new patient so quickly and I was seen the same week for my first visit. Tiffany did my cleaning and was so nice and gentle! I also got a tooth pulled and they did so good making sure I was comfortable and pain free. It was literally the quickest dentist visit ever with under a 5 minute wait in the lobby.

This office and staff are completely amazing! I called and was scheduled for my 1st appointment the very next day and I couldn't believe it! My appointment was the best experience I've had at a dentist. I didn't even have to wait to be taken back and the staff was so friendly and explained everything to me without rushing or pushing me out the door.

My son is on the spectrum and we had a difficult time finding a practice that made him feel comfortable- and this was it! We didn’t need to look any further. This office is efficient and friendly and provides amazing care for me and my son. I highly recommend.

From the moment you walk through the door and out; you are truly treated like "Family"; by ALL staff involved.

Viewmont Family Dentistry is great! They have consistently provided outstanding service for me since I moved to this area four years ago. Their office staff has been incredibly efficient, I've never had to wait for a scheduled appointment, and they were even able to accommodate me for an emergency procedure in one day! I strongly recommend them!

Clean, relaxing office and kind staff. There was a miscommunication during my initial call to schedule an appointment (I heard 2 o clock when apparently they said 10 o clock) and I missed my scheduled time. Having a broken tooth, I was devastated, but they understood that it was a misunderstanding and that I wasn’t trying to be rude or waste their time and still managed to get me in that day. Because of their kindness I was able to get a broken tooth filled instead of pulled. If they hadn’t worked with me I would have likely lost/broken more of the tooth and the filling might not have been possible. And despite having to squeeze me into a full schedule, all the time and care was taken with fixing my tooth. Nothing felt rushed and no one was rude to me. Great, professional place. I live an hour away, but it was well worth the drive for such quality care.
