I'm going to be honest, I was really averse to going to therapy. With my past experiences, I was expecting to be looked over, not related to, barely addressed, and given a fix-all answer that means nothing to me. I am so happy to say that I got the complete opposite! Lyricist Cotton has helped me tremendously in my mental health journey. Every time I am with her, I feel as though I'm actually being helped. I finally feel like I have someone in my corner that wants to help me. I don't think I would've been able to take the necessary steps to feeling better without her. If you want someone who can laugh with you, actively listen to you, and has the ability to address your needs/wants properly, please request Lyricist. She's the best therapist I have ever had.

Doctor Kathy is the most amazing and sweetest woman I have ever met in my entire life. She doesn’t brush off your concerns and make you feel like you’re being overdramatic, she takes the time to make sure you’re okay and runs any tests she can to make sure you’re healthy. When I had a constant cough that would not go away, she immediately sent me for a chest X-ray. Any other doctor would have just brushed it off and told me it was from me being a smoker or having asthma and that I’d be fine but she went out of her way to do everything she could to make sure that the cough wasn’t linked to any serious lung conditions. She never rushes no matter how busy or overwhelmed the office is that day and she always has a smile on her face. 10/10 the best doctor I’ve ever been to. -Alexis gambol

Worse experience ever. Do not waste your time going to the Hickory location. I had a fill in Dr. Because mine was out for 2 weeks and she thought she knew my body better than me. I'm on a budget and can only make it there on certain days.She tells me I have to do lab work before she refills my medicine. I have been going there about a year and a half with no issues. Now I dont know when I will be able to get back in there so now I will run out of my blood pressure medicine. What a wasted trip

I chose this clinic because of lack of insurance and it was the best choice I made. Kathy is amazing! She has helped me immensly! I also see Emily is who is equally amazing! With the help of these 2 wonderful ladies my health, physical and mental, has greatly improved!

There's absolutely nothing bad that you can say about this doctor's office The entire staff Nurses, receptionist, office manager, doctors everyone is just so polite respectful Caring considerate.They go the extra mile to make Sure that your needs are met.This is the first doctor's office I've ever been to that I actually feel like a person and not a number. They know your name when you walk in the door you're not just a file in a cabinet I would and have recommended this office to my children And my family and my very close friends.

Thanks for 10 fold increasing my chances of suicide and being completely useless. My PCOS is VERY serious, has made it so I can't keep jobs, and you can't even be bothered to help get me disability, some kind of income so I can live. Don't ever say you love women or trans people ever again, and the place you sent me to for my hormones had Baptist in the name and rejected me anyway. You don't care, don't pretend and say that you do. Thanks for making it so I can't live, and I'll probably be in the grave soon. I knew there was a reason I stopped going before, and it's apathy and incompetence now that I can remember.

Love their staff love how they speak Spanish and English. Very caring people would definitely recommend to everyone.
