    My name is Mr McManus I've b e e n coming to Chick-fil-A for a long time and I'm glad y o u r here the problem is the people who are complaining about bad service and this and that they're not from North Carolina these people are Northerners meaning they complain about everything in the world and that's a fact. I v e been coming to this restaurant in Viewmont for a long time since you opened and not once have I ever had bad service. So once again ignore those reviews that those Northerners have put in.

    I'm a dasher, and the food is always ready when I get there. It is very seldom that it's not. The employees are friendly and courteous.

    Very attentive, quick drive thru, food was great! Something is going on with the cups lately...have they gotten thinner? Lost my entire peach shake when I put the straw in and it poked right through the bottom of the cup. Was too far down the road to turn around.

    One of the worker's in the drive through was whistling the theme to Rocky as he was making drinks! Refreshing to see young people so into their work!

    We live in Granite falls but we drive to hickory just because we love Chick-fil-A but the last 3 times we ate there it has been terrible one time they put regular chicken instead of spicy on my husbands sandwich the second time the wrong salad dressing no straws. And this time we both ordered 4 pc spicy chicken tenders meal both had HARD CRUNCHY LITTLE PIECES ! And the wrong sauce no straws 27.00 for Mac N cheese because the chicken was not edible! Very disappointed!! I guess we will go to lenoir longer Commute but it is what it is :(

    I ordered online and just went to pick it up. I had no troubles going thru the drive thru to get my order. They were quick and my order was at the window when I got there and the order was correct.

    Lemonade was super sour. Dr. Pepper was mostly carbonation. Drive thru was quick and efficient. Customer service is always great.

    Food was no good , spicy chicken tasted rubbery and waffle fries were cold. Disrespectful young people there also that made cashier very uncomfortable. I won't be back to Viewmont store!

    Everytime I’ve gone to this location the people have been incompetent and never can get their orders right. Every. Single. Time. Take the time and go to a different location, not ever have I had a chic fil a have such terrible service.

    Workers very friendly. Food was good and hot. Under $25 for three people. Not bad nowadays. They always have good chicken, and hot fries. Fries just got to be "burn your mouth" hot, so be careful.

    Drive 25 mins to get my kid breakfast on Saturday, we did a mobile order arrived in the drive thru at 10:26. we sat in the drive thru for 12 mins to FINALLY get to the speaker and the lady say they are out of breakfast, seriously! We arrived prior to breakfast stopping, not our fault it took forever to in the drive thru. Terrible customer service. We then cancel the order and have to wait another 7mins to get out of the drive thur to get no food. We did not leave until 10:49 time wasted for nothing.

    This is a great Chick-fil-A. The food is always fresh and HOT!! The only reason I don't go as much to this one is the parking lot is AWFUL!!!! Not enough room, you have 2 ways in that literally run on top of each other and make congestion all in HWY 127!! This needs to be rethought out. I don't get what someone was even thinking while doing this awful parking lot!! I pray that the owner will actually take time to see the hassle it is to go through and how hard it is to get out with your FOOD!

    So a few weeks back me and my mom kids and my moms room mate came here to eat between the 2 separate orders we almost spent 80$ between to 2 family’s of almost 7 people and 2 kids , the food was definitely not up to par which is a shocker because I’ve never had a bad experience at this location ever today I returned for my replacement orders and the guy name Emerson at drive thru lines was very apologetic took my order was fast prompt and very professional polite and got our order correct the food this time was great as it usually almost again I appreciate his dedication going above to ensure the order was correct and a red headed manager also over seen my order being made they made sure I had fresh fries , nuggets and chicken for my sandwich were all fresh and hot this experience was awesome and Emerson the guy in drive through deserve some kind of incentive for his hard work and dedication , if I had to say anything I did ask for extra pickles on the side and they gave me 5 single pickle slices which was disappointing but hey the food was great so I ain’t mad that the extra pickles wasn’t extra I’m just thankful the team at this location ensured my replacement was amazing this is why chic Fila here will continue to get me and my family’s business we will return , and this is why we choose chic fila over McDonald’s bc YALL have them beat by a long shot any day ! Thanks again to Emerson in drive thru he did tell me his last name and I think he said “fields” I’m not 100% sure being I had a upset toddler with me and I was already stressed and Emerson jumped in and handled everything, also the blonde headed lady at window was very fast and prompt but I didn’t get her name ! Keep up the good work guys especially Emerson he deserve like a gift card or something for his dedication today ! Don’t let his dedication go unnoticed he definitely gave my family the wow factor and he deserves a raise a gift card from his favorite place or a bonus or a day off of his choice WITH PAY AND if I had a say a promotion within his company because he definitely has what it takes to be in a higher role with this company ! You guys have a excellent and professional dedicated employee within Emerson please make sure he is rewarded and recognized for his hard work , bc these days service suck at most all drive thru food restaurants and if I could grade his performance just in this short encounter I had with him today I would say 110% with no questions asked and hands down ! I VOTE FOR EMERSON TO BE PROMOTED AND REWARDED IN SOME WAY BECAUSE IN TODAYS TIME IN FAST FOOD WE NEED MORE EMERSONS !!! 😀😀

    I didn't take time to check my order. So when I got home I had fries instead of chicken nuggets. I called they said that they would replace my chicken nuggets. But I had 2 weeks to get there. However I live 30 minutes away and don't usually go that way unless for doctor's appointments. So I probably won't be able to get mt nuggets.

    Horrible customer service. The young man at the drive thru forced my friend to pay twice. Once when ordering and another when at the window. She expressed she already paid, and the manager said “No she has to pay”. They also got her order entirely incorrect. And they left out my drink and my sauce that I asked for 3 times.

    They are usually so good about getting the orders right. But when you have a person directly taking your order and they screw it up. Then you've gotten home with the wrong item. It's not okay to just say come back or we'll put you in the system. We usually check our orders at OTHER PLACES but expect Chik Filet to get it right. Guess IF we ever go back I'll have to check there too.

    Ordered door dash from them this is honestly the last time because they forgot an entire 6 piece nugget. How they manage that I don't know. But teach your staff how to read. We shouldn't have to get a refund from doordash just to only get the money's worth of the nuggets and not be compensated for the tip and delivery fee. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm so sick of this place.

    Since the pandemic the quality of food and service has dropped drastically. Be especially careful of the hard cutoff for breakfast as their drive through line can move at a snails pace (sat for 25 mins to order) which left me unable to order before the start of lunch. The 70 location seems to be delivering the same quality of service/food as pre pandemic.

    I really like this place bit the quality has really gone downhill over the last 2 years. The food was cold!!!! That always sucks!!! I sat to eat and no-one came by to ask for a refill or ask how the food was. They are failing looking like a MD's or a Boh time. The Personal Touch makes it a better experience.

    Worse Chick-fil-A i ever had nuggets were over cooked and my wife and son's food wasn't good either. Plus the Brownies were hard as a rock. 6:15 pm on a Monday evening. All the nuggets were the same and still put them in bags to go out the window. We eat there 2 to 3 times a week for breakfast and have never had a problem.

    I HATE this restaurant. Every time, there’s something. I wake up, eager to enjoy chicken minis, and there’s a sad excuse of “honey” upon the bread. You have to really be looking for it. They used to be generous but I don’t know what happened. Let’s move on to lunch. Their fryer oil is burnt or something I don’t know what else could cause chicken nuggets to taste like cigarettes (not exaggerating). And don’t bother asking for no pickles, it makes no difference. You’re getting them. Love that they will hire young people, however not if said employees don’t care about food not tasting gross. Thanks!!!!

    The fries were terrible! I thought maybe they just weren’t fresh. My children wouldn’t even eat them. They were warm so I thought maybe they were ok but no, with every fry it was hard to chew and NOT like every other fry I have always gotten from every other Chick-fil-A. I was reading other reviews and other people said things about nuggets tasting like cigarettes bc of the oil maybe. I know my kids nuggets are SO DRIED OUT. Their whole dinner was terrible. There is definitely something going on with the fryer. I asked for replacement fries, fresh fries. I got the same, hard to chew fries like I got the first time. They don’t even look right! I won’t be back unless I don’t want fries. Bc the sandwich was good. & MOST of the staff was very helpful.
