Service is only good if older people are working there. The kids who work there have no idea how to actually do their jobs.

First and last time here. Got a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese. I got the sandwich home and my cheese was burnt to a crisp. The kid making the sandwichs clearly needed help and the cashier is the laziest 15 year old I've ever met. Not even a hello what can I get for you... she goes hi.. nothing else. Coffee is cold as well. Sad excuse for a dunkin.

I always go to this Dunkin Donuts when I get my nails done next door. I will NEVER go there again. The last time I was there I put my order in and then I asked for a cup of ice water to take my medicine. The girl behind the counter said next time you have to pay for the water. I told her are you kidding me its from the sink and she said they charge for that now. Now I go to another DD.

Coffee always fresh and made how you like it perfectly. Everyone there is so friendly and always have a smile for you. I started asking for them to make me their favorite drinks and let me tell you they did not disappoint. It got me out of my coffee rut and tried flavors I normally wouldn't try. The doughnuts are always fresh and when you get a custom order you won't be disappointed either. They go above and beyond to give you exactly what you ask for. Even if you need a few dozen and call ahead they make sure they are fresh and ready at the time you tell them you will be there. I have never had a bad experience here.

Currently 9:45, I drove up at 9:40 and the worker literally shut the door as were walking towards it meanwhile the facility closes at 10. Don’t know the kids name but should be fired for this act. There was another 2 customers behind me as well. The manager should terminate this kid. I’m not one to complain, but when he started visibly laughing through the doors, I thought to write this review.

Went with my kids to get ice cream on this hot summer day, we asked for our ice cream very politely, but the cashier gave us so much attitude for asking for a empty cup as one of my kids' ice cream was dripping. She made a ugh noise with hands gestures, as she got us a cup. Wow...so much for customer service. Not going back to this dunkin store.

Ice cream? No, not here. Your favorites, Rocky road, empty song with others. Did pick two scoops. However, the flavor was off. Not sure what's going on but won't be back.

I so love coming here every morning they great you with a warm welcome. They know order with at even asking. Customer service at its finest!!!

I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts every single day 2 to 3 times a day the 15-year-old girl working on Saturday, November 4 for the night shift closing really needs an attitude check. She keeps arguing with me every night that I’m there because I get there at 9 to 915 and they try to close the door at 9 o’clock when they close at 9:30 on Saturdays I hear her all the time calling Black people, Nager’s. I hear her all the time constantly degrading customers being rude. This girl should not be working there. This girl needs to get fired and be in a Boot Camp for obedience, because she was obviously mentally deranged the fact that she keeps arguing with regular good customers I wish John the boss would actually take this seriously and get rid of her and hire someone else. I am actually not coming to this Dunkin anymore I gave a lot of business to this Dunkin’ Donuts 2 to 3 times a day every day for the last year that I moved over here and nothing has changed if anything she’s gotten too comfortable and it’s gotten worse because she constantly argues and curses at me and is never reprimanded for it. Why is the Dunkin’ being closed at 9 o’clock when it closes at 9:30 everybody’s pulling up in their cars, expecting to get their nightly coffee or their nightly fix of a suite and she’s locking the door and ignoring people. Throwing out goods, donuts, coffee iced tea, food, croissants, bagels I see them throwing everything out a half hour before when they’re still perfectly fresh and can be sold to the people that are driving up when they’re closing early this Duncan and this 15 year old girl that was working tonight hasn’t even abused old people with her verbally assault words and attitude and multiple times she has given me the wrong change and then gets nasty with me about it when she was wrong

my review is according to the 2 very frequent emplyoyess below So I am a frequent 2-3 time a day customer, at this location specifically, im a neighborhood resident for 15+ years and i have held my tongue about these 2 girls for a while since they hired these 2 young girls in order to identify these 2 girls they were working sept 1st 2023 at 2:30 pm and they also have a friend that frequently comes in the store and hangs out with them while they are working which has shown me a few times that they have clearly been distracted and care more about hanging out and being on their phones rather than listening to customers and executing orders like they should be . they are constantly talking about customers in a down way making me and others i have spoken to feel very uncomfortable . we want to feel welcomed in our community dunkin and these 2 girls make it a problem EVERY SINGLE TIME its really ridiculous that they behave in this manner.
