I
had
a
0
star
experience
here;
it
started
horrible
from
the
beginning.
I
walked
over
and
started
placing
my
order.
The
girl
looked
annoyed
by
my
presence
because
she
was
on
the
phone;
I
was
the
only
one
ordering
at
the
time.
I
proceed
to
let
her
know
what
sandwich
I
want
and
when
we
come
to
the
sauces,
I
ask
her
if
she
can
put
chipotle
sauce
on
my
sandwich.
She
put
chipotle
sauce
and
Mayo.
I
never
asked
for
Mayo…
I
mentioned
nicely
that
I
didn’t
ask
for
it
and
she
repeatedly
tells
me
I
did
and
started
giving
me
attitude.
She
goes
“did
you
not
say
Mayo?
Or
did
you
say
Mayo
because
I
must
be
hearing
things”.
I
replied,
“no,
if
you
weren’t
on
the
phone
you’d
hear
me.”
Again
I
say
I
never
asked
for
it
and
ask
if
I
can
be
given
another
sandwich
or
if
the
sandwich
can
be
discounted
since
she
made
an
error.
She
declines
to
make
me
another
sandwich
and
says
“how
much
would
you
like
me
to
discount
it,
the
whole
sandwich?
“
I
told
her
I’m
not
paying
for
the
sandwich
and
walked
away
and
she
proceeds
to
tell
me
to
go
Fxxx
myself,
so
I
repeated
the
same
to
her.
If
a
customer
did
say
Chipotle
Mayo,
it’s
your
job
as
an
associate
to
repeat
that
to
make
sure
the
customer
wants
it!
I
asked
for
her
name
and
she
said
it’s
Sophie.
Idk
how
true
that
is,
but
1.
Don’t
talk
on
the
phone
while
helping
customers
2.
Don’t
give
attitude
3.
Wear
gloves
while
handling
someone
else’s
food,
especially
while
repeatedly
touching
your
phone
4.
Don’t
curse
a
customer
out
when
you’ve
made
an
error
5.
Repeat
the
order
back
to
the
customer
to
make
sure
it’s
correct!!!!!!!
