Stayed here for 2 nights over the Bank Holiday weekend in a lovely room. The pub itself is great with a great selection of beers / drinks and one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time!! (£9 for a margarita so also a good price). Beautiful location.

Great pub. Accommodated 17 people very easily. All orders looked incredibly nice and were served very quickly. Pizzas were amazing, would definitely go again.

Great pub. Lovely location with a great selection of ales and really tasty pizza. The Old Hall over the road is great to with a more comprehensive dining menu.

The Paper Mill has a warm welcome. The selection of beers on tap is excellent and go great with their fantastic pizzas.

Loved the place. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good food. Liked the location of the room as well.

Disappointed that for a pub known for its real ale they only had two beers available on a busy bank holiday weekend

Great little local pub with friendly staff, great beer selection for drink in or takeout, footie on the telly but on silent and what looked like great food too. Will be back on my next trip to the area.

Spent the night here for a wedding room 12 decorated to a highest standard room was clean and tidy would definitely recommend. Staff in the pub and very welcoming owner

Best wake ever! Terrific lunch type buffet with quite outstanding coronation chicken butties, incredible petite pastries set in a handsome stone pub with great array of local beers. Allow 10 mins to park tho', it's pretty weendy windy there and justifiably popular/busy with the Old Mill being right opposite.

Great pub in a lovely village. The selection of beers and ales are great. The pizzas are lovely too. We were here on holiday so next time we are on holiday we will definitely be back

This is a fantastic place to visit and stay, the bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious and clean. Highly recommend this place to stay and visit.

Really nice inn, the Korean chicken was absolutely gorgeous, full of flavour and good texture, couldn't fault the place, menu small but no issue at all, recommended 👍

The pizzas are not great. The base is very thin and dry, and the topping is very greasy. I've had better.

Everything I ate was delicious and the staff are so lovely! I've been raving about the Old Hall and Paper Mill Inn to anyone that's asked about my holiday in the Peak District.

Lovely place set in a nice village,had petsa and a pint, drinks expensive bit you would expect it outside area very pleasant nice staff very welcoming.

Superb pizza with their own oven and freshly made. Excellent she's, brewers and lagers.

Honor, our waitress was excellent and had excellent knowledge of the menu. Cannot recommend the truffle fries/pizza enough. Honor paired the perfect wine with our dinner. I shall be back very soon!

This place and The Old Hall are one and the same establishment really and compliment each other fantastically well. We will return and can thoroughly recommend a visit whether fir drinks, food or accommodation there is a great experience to be had by all.

Lovely atmosphere and great selection of beers, cocktails etc. Didn't eat the pizza but could see each one being freshly made.

Only a short afternoon visit for a wake. A good selection of beers and cider and a very good pot roast served by courteous attentive staff.
